Celebrity Series’ 2021/22 Subscription Season

When the time came to resume live performances, Celebrity Series did not tentatively tiptoe back to the halls: we scheduled a full season of events, and even launched some audacious new initiatives. From inaugural in-person experiences, like building a concert hall inside a TV studio at GBH or creating a bespoke jazz club at the Artists for Humanity EpiCenter, to investing in high-quality digital streaming, we strove to meet our audiences where they were and give them unforgettable experiences, however they chose to participate. Throughout it all, audiences reported feeling safe at performances, and happily complied with public health measures that ensured the safest experience for everyone.

Every time we attend a Celebrity Series of Boston performance, we know that we are going to find something new and exciting! We particularly loved the new experiences the Series brought us during the 2021/22 season: from Brooklyn Rider at Calderwood Studio at GBH to A MoodSwing Reunion at Symphony Hall, every event made us feel so grateful to be back to live performance!
