Edit Mode By clicking “edit” you’ll be thrown into Edit Mode. Here you’re able to upload pictures, change receptionists etc.
Change stand Platinum-, Gold- and Silverstands have the opportunity to change di erent stand types. This can be done easily by clicking change stand in either edit or design more. We recommend to do this first, because the pictures in each stand may have different sizes.
Upload pictures To change pictures, click the red button beside the picture, and upload new picture. If the picture is too big, try a smaller one (or adjust to recommended picture size).
Any information can easily be edited from the profile page or in edit mode.
Appearance Mode In Appearance Mode you have the opportunity to change furniture and decor. Design the stand to suit your company.
View Mode To see the result and how your visitors view your stand, click the View Mode.
Settings In the upper right corner, there’s an arrow where you’ll fnd Settings. This will be where you change account settings and company information. Among other things you can add tags for industries and categories, under Company info. This makes it easier for visitors to fnd you when they search for relevant products.
Create multiple users We recommend you to make an additional user to test the communication between visitors and companies. To create a user, simple click Create User and choose admin user. You’ll then fill in information about the user.
Chat and video calls On the date of the fair, you log in to Expobo.com where chats automatically pop up. To answer a video call you simply click the camera icon in the menu bar.
