Programs are linked, creating a wellness campus centrally located in neighborhood and is connected to local school
We have developed three objectives for this wellness campus based off of these major health factors and their current status in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood. First, relief from the environmental conditions posed by Interstate 70 needs to be provided. Next, an assisted living facility that enhances the existing community, rather than the typical isolation associated with living facilities, will be a vital piece of the campus. Finally, easy access to wellness essentials should be brought into the core of the community.
