Using traditional icecream sundae dishes or wider shallow ones, arrange small scoops or balls of ice cream in each dish. Start with Kelly’s Strawberries & Cream ice cream, then add Kelly’s Honeycomb Caramel and top with a scoop of Kelly’s Mint Choc Chip. Then add a generous helping of Kelly’s Clotted Cream ice cream. Sprinkle with chopped shards of pistachio or hazelnut brittle and pour over warm chocolate sauce. Serve immediately with a dollop of whipped cream and more nut brittle.
