Public Safety Event at Brookshires
Public Works Week at the 6th grade center
The Celina Police and Fire Department has teamed up with Brookshires to host a public safety event for the community. Bring the whole family for a day filled with food, games,and inflatables! Attendees will also have the opportunity to view the patrol cars and fire engines.The event will take place in the Brookshires parking lot from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
National Public works week is May 20-26, 2018. To celebrate, the Celina Pubic Works will showcase their equipment at the Celina 6th grade center. Pubic works employees will educate students about the city's water and sewer.

Movie Night On The Square
All new or re-roofs require a building permit and inspection. Contractors must register with the City of Celina and provide a copy of their business insurance and a valid driver's license. A final inspection will be done by a city building inspector. An attic inspection will also be done to homes with gas appliances to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
Bulk trash is picked up every 1st full week and 3rd week of the month on your designated trash day. Only 4 cubic yards of approved items will be picked up. Tree limbs must be cut in lengths no longer than 4 feet and bundled. No batteries, tires, paint or hazardous waste. Contact Waste Connections for items heavier than 50 pounds.
