ENERGOTEROM is a private limited liability company based in Timisoara, Calea Sagului, no. 201. The main business since the establishment (March 1994), was the production of polyurethane foam pre-insulated pipes and elements. Thereby having a long experience and tracking trends on insulating materials, ENERGOTEROM Timisoara has increased its activity by introducing in 2007 the production of fireproof expanded polystyrene for thermal insulation and the production of EPS core sandwich panels and sandwich panels with mineral wool core for high temperature resistant roofing.

Describing the system ETT sandwich panels production fills a deficient segment of the modern building materials market in Romania and is made w ith the latest technologies available on the market today, ENERGOTEROM Timisoara providing a continuous edge automated production line. Panels shall have two functional variants - vertical wall (P) and roofs (A) - bothtypes can be manufactured in polystyrene core version (IZOSTIR) and mineral wool core (IZOVAT).
The benefits for using ETT panels IZOSTIR / IZOVAT are: Fireproof - increasingly common requirement; Sound insulation - you can use one perforated or permeable side for sound reception; Use of organic materials - basaltic eco mineral wool. ETT-IZOSTIR/IZOVAT panels meet key performance criteria corresponding to the six essential requirements specified in Law no. 10/1995, amended by Law no.123/2007 on construction quality.
General parameters Width: 1000 ± 1 mm (P or A version, with polystyrene / wool). Thickness: polystyrene core panels can be manufactured with thickness of 30 ÷ 200 ± 1 mm and mineral core ones with 60 ÷ 200 ± 1 mm. Length: manufactured length may vary between 2000 ÷ 12 000 ± 5 mm. ETT IZOSTIR / IZOVAT panels come in client requested size, reducing installing losses. Panels have galvanized sheet steel sides, protected with polyester varnish, the color depending on customer requirements, thickness: 0.45 to 0.6 mm. Steel sheet used for ETT sandwich panels is according EN 10142 (SREN-10142-2003), EN 10147.
Sandwich Panels Panouri Panouri Sandwich Sandwich At the customers request we can use other coatings: aluminum, galvanized, stainless steel sheet or bituminous, PVC coating. The panels are made o n a continuous edge automated line, using either fireproof expanded polystyrene ETT 15 or mineral wool (min 100kg/m3). Energoterom provides the full range of accessories made f rom the same steel sheet. The ETT sandwich panels allow lasting environment If maintenance work is provided. ENERGOTEROM offers a product warranty of five years and a lifespan of at least 20 years. Raw materials are supplied, with documents certifying the quality of materials, by specialized suppliers. Quality control is ensured by regular internal and external audit conducted by licensed-organizations.

IZOSTIR Sandwich panels produced by ENERGOTEROM are closing elements for roof-IZOSTIR ETT-A, and exterior walls, IZOSTIR-ETT-P. Operational aptitude of IZOSTIR sandwich panels in constructions: • Mechanical resistance and stability IZOSTIR ETT Sandwich panels does not affect buildings resistance and stability. • Fire Safety IZOSTIR ETT-P wall sandwich panels-fall, depending on reaction to fire according to SR EN 13501-1:2007, in Class B-s3, d0, only if all edges are closed with steel sheet. • Hygiene, health and environment IZOSTIR ETT-sandwich panels are non toxic, non polluting and emit no pollutants, are not radioactive and, according to Ministry of Health Order no. 1957/1995, have no components listed as harm carcinogenic or potentially carcinogenic substances. • Safety in use When fitted in accordance with design and installation instructions of the manufacturer, the panels do not pose particular challenges. Their physical-mechanical characteristics ensure safety. Put into practice, well fixed, the panels present no danger of injury to users. • Phonic insulation Air noise isolation is ensured by submitting an appropriate noise protection (air noise insulation index of approx. 23dB - 25dB). • Energy saving and thermal insulation IZOSTIR ETT-sandwich panels use for buildings and civil engineering satisfy the requirements for thermal insulation and energy savings, by proper choice of insulation thickness in the range 60, 80, 100 mm.
