Marketing Specialist Internship Employer: CEMS, The Global Alliance in Management Education Location: Jouy en Josas (Paris), France Period : 15 February – 27 June 2014 , 35 hours per week Pay: 1000 euros net / month Deadline for application: 31 January 2014 Your main missions: - To act as owner of the Social Media efforts for the Head Office and lead Merchandising initiatives with our 29 partner schools and their affiliated clubs as well as the student board and alumni local committees across the globe - To act as right hand of the CEMS Marketing Manager for punctual assignments Social Media: CEMS is currently active on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr and Google+ and uses Hootsuite to manage most of these channels. The Marketing Specialist intern will be responsible for ensuring communication about events, news and other information coming from the CEMS Head Office. The intern will work in tandem with special teams from the student and alumni bodies as well as with the Corporate Relations and University Relations Teams to ensure a holistic campaign. Merchandising: - Encourage stakeholders within the CEMS community to buy CEMS materials via online boutique - Create an annual merchandising catalogue with suppliers to order materials (flags, rollups, MIM leaflet, CP leaflet). - Manage the combined order of our partners via the catalogue in liaison with our suppliers. Other tasks : - Assistance with the publication of the CEMS Magazine Spring edition - Assistance with the update of some Institutional documents Your profile: - Native English speaker with excellent grammar. French is a plus. - Business background with experience in marketing, particularly in social media, and project management - Excellent PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop (optional) - Excellent communication skills - Collaborative spirit, flexibility, international approach, creativity - Stress resistance, problem solving skills - CEMS background or a good knowledge of CEMS is an advantage - Ability to travel within the EU on at least 1 occasion (costs covered by CEMS) How to apply: Please send your CV and motivation letter in English to rebecca.rosinski@cems.org.
