THOMAS E. (TED) BOYCE holds a Ph.D. in applied psychology from Virginia Tech and was a professor of psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno. With 17 years of experience applying psychology to address business problems, Dr. Boyce has become a trusted advisor to numerous multi-site organizations because of his people-centered solutions. In just the past decade he has shared his practical knowledge with executives at the American Psychological Association, Amcor PET, City of Reno, Freeport-McMoran, the Mine Safety and Health Administration, NASA, Newmont Mining Corporation, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Ralston Purina, Unilever-Best Foods, the University of California Office of the President, U.S. Army CMA, and Zurich North America among others. He has also addressed audiences numbering in the tens of thousands as a keynote speaker and corporate trainer.
