90 g Chicken leg meat (no skin, no bone) 5 g Green onion 1 clove Garlic Some Dried hot pepper Some Salt Some Vegetable oil 10 g Sugar 5 g Hot pepper oil Some Cilantro 5 g Ginger 1 Yolk Some Corn starch 10 g Soy sauce 15 g Vinegar 20 g H2O

Directions

1. Cut chicken into 1-in size cubes. 2. Add chicken, salt, and corn starch into yolk, mix well. 3. Dice the green onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, and break the dried hot pepper into flakes. 4. Heat up the vegetable oil and sauté the chicken until it turns golden brown. 5. Add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, hot pepper oil, and a little corn starch into cold H2O, mix well. 6. Pour mixture into chicken and sauté until all the chicken are evenly coated.
