Ingredients 90 g 5g 1 clove Some Some Some 10 g 5g Some 5g 1 Some 10 g 15 g 20 g

Chicken leg meat (no skin, no bone) Green onion Garlic Dried hot pepper Salt Vegetable oil Sugar Hot pepper oil Cilantro Ginger Yolk Corn starch Soy sauce Vinegar H2O

Directions 1. Cut chicken into 1-in size cubes. 2. Add chicken, salt, and corn starch into yolk, mix well. 3. Dice the green onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, and break the dried hot pepper into flakes. 4. Heat up the vegetable oil and sauté the chicken until it turns golden brown. 5. Add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, hot pepper oil, and a little corn starch into cold H2O, mix well. 6. Pour mixture into chicken and sauté until all the chicken are evenly coated.
