Omnium Gatherum - Annual CAE Member Exhibition Catalog
As my tenure here at CAE comes to an end, it seems fitting that my last exhibit will be our Annual Member show. It was my very first exhibit here at CAE when I started 5 years ago. It was also my first time purchasing a piece of artwork from one of our members. I told my husband to pick out something special for his birthday. He chose Barb Chiarella’s sculpture, which proudly sits on my media console. This was the official beginning of my art collection, and I love being able to say that over 90% of the artwork in my house came from an artist here at CAE since then. Each piece truly tells a story. And best of all, I know each artist personally. It’s like knowing the movie star in your favorite movie! How lucky we are to attract such incredible talent here at CAE. In case you’re wondering, I already have my eye on something in the show, so I guess I will be rounding out my collection this month! From the bottom of my heart, thank you to all of our artists for sharing your talent! As I always say, we would not be an art center without our artists!
