Alan Papaleo Pravana International Artistic Educator Alan Papaleo is an award winning hairstylist and an amazing artist from Southern CA. His work has been featured on the covers of many hair and beauty lifestyle magazines and he is the recipient of the Los Angeles Masters Hairdressing Award as well as Platform Artist of the Year.
Vadre Grigsby is a dedicated career stylist of over 22 yrs. By owning, managing and working behind the chair in her successful California salon and presenting at industry events across the country, Vadre never loses the pulse of what is really happening in the salon and on the street. She is also a key player in many of the new colors and trends you see from Pravana.
Alan has presented to audiences all over the world and uses his skills as a painter to help stylists visualize their work in a more creative manner. His motivating and inspirational words make him an audience favorite wherever he goes both nationally and internationally.
Prior to her work with Pravana Vadre was a Master Colorist for a major color company and is known for her innovative color techniques and creative color combinations. She knows a great color when she sees one and believes that understanding how color works is the crucial first step in choosing color selection, timing and application.
With his passion for creativity and a commitment to excellence Alan will show you how to hone both your communication skills and technical skills to explore all the avenues you can take on your artistic journey to success.
Partnering with Pravana allowed Vadre to share her knowledge of technique and strategies that take the guess work out of color. Techniques and strategies that are created to be used by stylists the next day in their own salon. Great hair color keeps clients coming back and techniques that are functional, fast and look amazing keep stylists excited, up to date and returning to Vadre’s classes again and again.
