International exchanges and residencies What we did during the year Volunteers based in Sweden, Kyrgyzstan and Poland Within the “Youth Agents for Change - Combating Discrimination Based on Gender Age and Ethnicity� project, which is being coordinated by Central Asia Solidarity Groups, five volunteers from Sweden, Poland, and Kyrgyzstan are hosted by Novi Ritm, KobieTY and Central Asia Solidarity Groups. In Sweden, we welcomed Ainagul Amatbekova and Talgat Subanaliev, who joined us in April, 2019 and have since become part of the organization. Volunteers are engaged in our daily activities that take place in various towns in Sweden. Their responsibilities include attending and representing the organization at networking events, heading smaller projects and working with organizational development, evaluation, administration and much more.
