President's Message

X ■Jh

As this school year closes, I am privileged to pre

sent to you another Issue of THE TOWERS. This yearbook Is a symbol of the gains and successes of Central Baptist College. The faculty and the students presented herein are reflective of the school's many accomplishments.

In recent years Central has enjoyed a substantial

W>.

mi

growth in enrollment. Moreover, college facilities have been enlarged and improved and the curriculum broadened.

It is with pleasure, therefore, that we present this

year's TOWERS as a token of the worth of Central Baptist College.

NEVER SAY

ANYTHING THAT WILL NOT IMPROVE ON SILENCE. i might add that this year has been one of my favorites, i hope you will enjoy what we have done, and i thank you for listening.

my sincere thanks to the following:

leigh ann primm, tommy battles, johnnie hoffmann, kent novak, linda jo young, clay and Virginia nunn, kenneth priest, budd dunson, laura blish, jerome cooper, and to everybody else for putting up with me and my stupid idlings over the past year,

love, tom

editor: tom dudley asst. editors: leigh ann primm, tommy battles faculty advisor: joyce garrison

printed in usa by walsworth; representative: george ligon photographers: jerome cooper, clay nunn, budd dunson, linda jo young, and tom dudley

an added thank you to leigh ann and kent

(you guys are great, and I'm sorry things were such a hassle).

page one is for tim and david and the year i spent blindly avoiding their friendship.

the rest of the book is for you, and thank you for reading.

with that i leave to you the nineteen seventy-five towers.

ps: this book could have been much better if things had worked out, but then so could the world.
