As we approached the gates of Central Baptist College, we were almost afraid to go inside. Everything was new, and
we
were
reluctant
to
strike
out
our own.

President's Message
One of my most satisfying duties as the President of Central College is to pen these lines each year for The Towers. I am indeed happy to be
a part of Central College, and shall look forward with eager anticipation to receiving my copy of this year's production of this publication. Another
exciting year in the history of Central College, her students, her staff,
and her supporters will be reflected in the pages that follow. All of us here at Central shall spend hours of silent satisfaction reviewing this pictorial history of our great school.
My heartiest congratulations are hereby offered to a diligent staff and a consecrated student body who shall make this edition of The Towers a
reality. This book shall represent many hours of planning and hard work. It will be a fitting representation of the school with Christian ideals, dedicated to the worthy task of training young men for Kingdom service. Again, may I pledge my best effort in helping make^Central College exactly what we want it to be. May Heaven's benediction rest upon our
"school family" as we work together for an even greater Central College. In His Service,
Gerald D. Kellar, President
