We can operate as your project managers if you want to phase sections or projects to the marketplace. Sometimes we offer builders a discount package price for any on sales of new homes, and that allows us to manage and maintain the standard of the development. New houses sell well under these terms for us, we definitely have demand for these and we sell off the plans.
