I have an extensive database of buyers, including many with e-mail addresses, built up over 25 years of selling lifestyle blocks, land and farms. Because of this, I am finding that currently, some properties are selling before being advertised. This does not mean the properties are not being marketed. To the contrary, I am targeting Buyers who over 10-25 years and more than 1000 previous advertising campaigns, have been identified. This is a great way to sell covertly if you choose to. You may possibly need to keep your personal affairs away from your business clients by not advertising that your home is for sale, for instance. Lifestyle blocks don’t become available every day, therefore some buyers look for a very long time, and until the right one presents itself to them.
