As you’ll see on the following pages, inventory is extremely low for this time of year. What you’ll also notice are the amount of solds! So, if you have considered selling, we strongly encourage you to sell now. We have buyers eagerly waiting for the right property to pop up on the market - buyers varying in family size, work needs, space needs, etc.
