Our wines always have—and always will—help nourish the future. To date, we have given over $7 million to causes around the world by providing access to health, education services, nutritious food, and clean water through every bottle. Additionally, we have supported over 25,000 local nonprofits. This wouldn’t be possible without our community of Cause Entrepreneurs, Wine Club Members, and hosts, who help share our story and raise money for the causes—both local and global—that matter most to them. The Magic of Harvest When the mornings get a little crisper and the days get a little shorter, we know we are coming upon our favorite time of the year in Napa Valley: harvest. Harvest is a special time that takes place between August and early November. Napa Valley comes alive with the hustle to harvest grapes off the vines just when they are perfectly ripe.

Tending to the grapevines is a year-round process. Each year, the grapevines on our property advance through their lifecycle. It begins with bud break in the spring, veraison (or ripening) in the summer, and then finally, fall harvest. Our vineyards of Cabernet and Sauvignon Blanc grapes have been carefully nurtured and are now ready to be picked.

During the peak of harvest, we host our annual Harvest Party at ONEHOPE's winery. We kick off the occasion with a toast to our team led by our Head Winemaker, Mari Wells Coyle, and then we begin the first of many steps to making our wine. The event brings together our incredible team, nonprofit partners, and supporters. It’s a welcome moment of reflection on our incredible journey together and our excitement of the wine to come. Driven to Make a Difference “The best part about being a ONEHOPE CE is being able to help others. Both by fundraising for non-profit s and the people they ser ve and also by helping other individuals improve their own lives as CEs.” Say hello to our CRUSH 2021 Rookie of the Year, Robin Hoyt! Robin started her journey with ONEHOPE last September, hosting her first event to raise money for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Tragically, Robin lost her eight yearold daughter, Campbell, to brain cancer in 2014. Now, Robin is the Co-Founder of a nonprofit helping families impacted by childhood cancer and a CE for ONEHOPE, using her platform to raise funds and awareness. “Being a CE provides an opportunity to truly make a difference in this world,” she says, “I’ve always loved helping people. Now I get to do that—with wine!”

Robin has been a true rockstar as a CE, hosting knockout tasting events and giving back to the cause she cares so deeply about. And, an added bonus, she can do a little something for herself. “My husband and I were able to take a trip to Punta Cana because of ONEHOPE,” she says. Alex’s Lemonade Stand This har vest season, the ONEHOPE Foundation proudly donated $50,000 to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, funding over 50,000 hours of innovative research for pediatric cancer.

When Alex, who was diagnosed with childhood cancer just before her first birthday, was four, she told her parents she wanted to set up a front-yard lemonade stand. Her plan: to give the money to doctors to help them find a cure. With the help of her older brother Patrick, Alex raised an astonishing $2,000 in one day. Over the next few years, Alex continued selling lemonade and raising money for research, all while bravely fighting her own battle with cancer. As news spread of the remarkable girl dedicated to helping other sick children, people everywhere were inspired to start

their own lemonade stands, donating the proceeds to her cause. In 2004, when Alex passed away at the age of eight, her stand and inspiration had raised more than $1 million towards finding a cure for the disease that took her life. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation was started by her parents in 2005 to continue the work that Alex began. Their mission is simple: to change the lives of children with cancer through funding impactful research, raising awareness, supporting families, and empowering everyone to help cure childhood cancer.

Today, ALSF is one of the leading funders of pediatric cancer research in the U.S. and Canada. So far, they have raised more than $200 million, funded over 1,000 research projects, and provided programs to families affected by childhood cancer.

The only thing we love more than the rich amber color of this indulgent autumn cocktail is the smooth layers of fig, vanilla, and honey infused throughout it. Inspired by the end-of-day golden hour sunset views from the crush pad at our winery in Rutherford, you can enjoy this decadent yet refreshing concoction in your own backyard any day this autumn.

What’s more whimsical than a tea cake topped with whipped mascarpone and dusted with dark cocoa powder? In this recipe, a moist earl grey tea cake promises a treat with a fancy flair. Pair this cake with our Sparkling Moscato to serve for guests or to enjoy all on your own.

Vegetarian Ragu With Tagliatelle 2 HOURS / SERVES 10

EGG PASTA Yields 550-600 grams of dough

300 grams flour 11 egg yolks + 1 whole egg 02 .

RAGU Yields 1 qt

1 eggplant 12 oz mushrooms

1 yellow onion 2 tbsp tomato paste

4 oz sun-dried tomatoes: sliced thin 2 qts bone broth

1 bundle thyme 4 sprigs of rosemary 6 cloves garlic, minced

To make the egg pasta, place flour in bowl, create well in the middle of the flour, and add eggs inside the well. Take a fork and whisk eggs into flour. Once it comes together, pour onto clean work surface and knead by hand for 5 minutes. Wrap and rest for 30 mins. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized pot, heat oil over medium heat and add garlic, thyme, rosemary, and onions to start the ragu. Stir to combine, then add sun-dried tomatoes. Add tomato paste, mix well, and brown tomato paste for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and eggplant. Once soft, add red wine and reduce. Once the pasta has rested for 30 minutes, roll out and cut into strips. Make sure to flour the cut dough well so that the pasta does not stick to each other. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Gently add the pasta noodles and give them a soft stir to ensure they don’t stick together. Boil pasta for 2-3 minutes, checking the pasta at 1-minute intervals until you reach desired consistency. Remember, fresh pasta cooks much quicker than dried pasta! Gently remove the pasta from the water with tongs and toss with your ragu.

Combine Chardonnay, fig preserves, vanilla bean paste, honey, and gin in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Fill each serving glass with ice and pour mixture equally into each glass. Garnish with 2 sliced fig halves and a sprig of thyme in each glass. Cheers!
