ITIL Certification AXELOs took the ownership of ITIL in July 2013 and since then it has owned and driven ITIL framework and accredits training and examination institutes.

The third version of ITIL suit offered five different certification levels. ● Foundation: this is the certification level from where a beginner starts. ITIL makes use of the credit system for certification from Foundation till Expert level with each certification earning certain credits. A total of 22 credits is required to achieve ITIL Expert certification.

What is new?

AXELOS started working on updating the ITIL V3 towards the end of 2017.
