We have built our office and industrial portfolio up over the years, in response to (and sometimes in advance of ) demand, and have developed business support services to promote economic development in the Clackmannanshire area. Our Business Support Team provides a full Business Gateway Service and more. We offer free training and support provided through Business Gateway for Start Ups and Existing businesses and we work with growth businesses to bring in expert help and funding for project support for eligible businesses.

the area Our properties are all within Central Scotland which lies between the majestic Ochil Hills and the banks of the River Forth.
