The benefits of our network are clear... One: We offer a franchise contract that is designed by Estate Agents and Financial Advisors for the benefit of all our members and owners. We listen to you and take into consideration the strengths and weaknesses of each prospective franchisee so that you receive support in the areas it is most needed. We adapt your membership to what you want it to be. It’s certainly not a “one cap fits all” approach. Two: Our financial model is set up simply and is totally transparent. You, as owner, retain maximum income generated through your agency with a fixed fee or 5% monthly gross commission being applied to your membership - whichever is greater. We do not charge an annual membership, franchise renewal fees or unnecessary monthly charges that inhibit you from re-investing back into your business. Three: Day-to-day operations within your agency will be for you to decide. However, our established offices will be able to suggest and support the set up that you choose. With expert agencies already in operation, we lead by example and give impartial advice so that you are reassured in making the right choices. Four: Marketing and promotion is at the heart of what do. We can clearly see the future of estate agency and have a dynamic, proactive approach to integrating the newest forms of technology into our marketing and operations, as well as working with other property professionals focused on growing our property footprint. Five: Approved suppliers and partnerships with secondary property services are almost as important as the service you will be able to provide for customers. Join us and have access to a nationwide database of contacts that we would not only recommend but also use ourselves. Fees Example: On 12 listed sale properties per month with commission turnover that month of £15,000 then fees to Scottish Property Centre in total would be £870. The same with another large franchise network would be £2,610. Our network fees are easily 70% cheaper than other agencies and we are investing these funds back into advertising and marketing for you, a potential owner.
