“Where are we? Las Vegas?” Is that DJ Charles or Tiësto? DJ Sizzle or Calvin Harris? No one can tell because they’re all so good!
DJ Club is SO HOT RIGHT NOW! In case you missed it, CESL has been absolutely bumping from 3-4pm on Wednesdays. DJ Sizzle (aka Haibo) warms things up with some feel-good, Top 40 realness before giving way to the people’s champion, DJ Charles. Charles has students jumping around and busting some pretty intense dance moves. Last week we witnessed a student breakdance into a falling split. You can’t make this stuff up, people. Come see for yourself!

Ending Their Stay the Cowboy Way
Last Friday (9/8) we said goodbye to the awesome students from Doshisha University in Japan with a bang (literally) by taking them to Pinnacle Peak for a steak dinner and live gun show. We dressed nice for the occasion— everyone wearing a fashionable neck tie. Unfortunately, Pinnacle Peak has a strict no-tie policy and promptly cut them off! Check out some pics from their closing ceremony.

What does CESL mean to you? CESL means a family to me, where I get to learn and make friends from all over the world. And to finish, what advice would you give to other students at CESL and others who want to come study here, so they succeed in their classes and learn English? The advice that I give to other students at CESL and others who want to come study here is that they have to focus and practice everyday, read and speak all time in English, and also interact with the teachers and people from other countries. Thank you Antonio (Milton) and good luck with your studies!
