華山展區亮點推薦

正式邁入第七屆的臺灣文博會,由文化部主辦,近年已成為每年四月份不可錯過的文化盛會。從 2010 年草創初期,策略性地逐步扶持、宣傳本地 品牌,進而與國際接軌。2014 年開始跳脫商展形式,透過城市內大小創意活動的連結,傳遞「城市即展場,展場即生活」的概念,除了鼓勵參與 廠商拋開單點式的展覽思維,同時希望城市居民得到更多的切身參與感。 2017 年的臺灣文博會同樣百花齊放,除了活動場地包含華山及松山文創園區、花博爭艷館三大創意熱點之外,位於華山紅磚區的主題館,更首次 嘗試以文化議題的討論作為活動軸心的策展方式。多達四十位不同專業領域的參展人,共同回應「我們在文化裡爆炸」這個題目,展出內容包含文 化導讀、文化議題和台灣選品,名單可謂一時之選,是領會文博會豐富概念的理想入門方式。 民間自發舉辦的設計活動有其原創性與生猛感,而文博會豐沛的資源卻也讓它有更多的可能。包含同樣進入第七屆的「文創精品獎」,所有的參展 作品都能一同角逐殊榮,邀集國內外專業評審評選並給予意見。交流深度觀察的「文創趨勢國際論壇」也不偏廢特定領域,從設計、工藝、場域一 路談到授權經濟及數位文創,詳細場次可上網查詢。透過這樣的策畫節奏,文博會從來不是所謂的成果驗收,反倒更接近下個世代的對話起點。 Entering into its 7th edition, organized by Ministry of Culture, Creative EXPO Taiwan has become a not-to-miss cultural event in every April. From its inception in 2010, Creative EXPO Taiwan began to promote the local brands strategically, and then with international connection. From 2014, Creative EXPO Taiwan started to connect the creative activities in the citywide to realize the concept of “the city is the exhibition, the exhibition displays lifestyles” instead of the form of trade show. Apart from encouraging the exhibitors to put aside the old concept of the exhibiting in one place, Creative EXPO Taiwan expects more participation from the residents. Again, the 2017 edition will be splendid across three creative venues, including Huashan 1914 Creative Park, and Songshan Cultural & Creative Park, and Taipei EXPO Park-Expo Dome. In Huashan 1914 Creative Park Trends 2017 section, there will be the first time staging the cultural issues as the heart of the event. More than 40 specialists from their fields are invited to response to the main topic “Cultural Explosion”. The events include, reading by the professional, cultural issues, and Taiwan selects. The list of activities is among the best of this time, and it is the ideal way to start the Creative EXPO Taiwan tour. Although the events organized by private sector with more features like originality and energy, Creative EXPO Taiwan,as an official event, is able to bring more resources and being a resourceful platform. The winners of Cultural and Creative Award can be benefited opinions from international and national judges' opinions. Cultural and Creative Trend International Forum rather focusing on a single subject, it includes design, craft, venues, licensing economy, and digital creative industry. With this constrain behind the curatorial concept, Creative EXPO Taiwan is never a place for results checking, but a starting point for the next generation dialogue.

2017年的臺灣文博會主題館中,跳脫歷年的企劃方法,以議題式策展為主要手法。 透過感受台灣現況,以「我們在文化裡爆炸」作為主題,讓各參展人和單位都對此 題目作出專屬的詮釋,讓對話過程變成展覽中的重要環節,同時呼應這個展覽的核 心 精 神 ──在 過 程 中 創 造 意 義 。

The Pavilion of Creative Expo Taiwan 2017 has decided that differing from planning methods of past years, topic-based curation has become the main method of planning. 鐵志的提問開始,集結了十二位不同專業領域的工作者相互對話,激發世代之間的 想像,以及傳統產業的文藝復興。最後,邀請五位各具風格特色的選品店老闆,以 各自的生活經驗為篩選準則,展示他們心中能夠代表台灣日常美學的物件。

The pavilion is divided into different sections according to three themes: forum of celebrities, cultural issues, and selected Taiwanese products. Starting from the cultural critic, Zhang Tie Zhi's questions, the forums gather twelve workers of various professional fields to communicate with each other and inspire different generations. As for the discussed topics, they cover the transformations of the signs in Taoyuan Airport, contemporary possibilities of Taiwanese goods, new imaginations of bentos, and renaissance of traditional industries. Finally, the expo has invited five owners of fringe shops with different styles and characteristics to select and display the objects which represent the Taiwan daily aesthetics based on their personal life experiences. The actions we take every day are enriching our culture, and thinking is the starting point to idealize everything. The explosion will not stop; let's take this expo as the beginning of conversations.

A Creative Expo needs to be able to mark the time and inspire discussions of thoughts, make generations thinking in each other's positions, and connect the past, present, and future of industries. In this year's event, we put the discussions of the cultural essence on stage, and illustrate the time with conversations through the exchange of opinions and mutual observations from workers of different professional fields.

If we take a close look at the transformations of daily objects in people's life, they are as a micro history of social development. Which object is enough to represent Taiwanese culture? Is beauty and practical use necessarily contradictory against each other? There are five shop owners of different styles and characteristics who take daily aesthetics as their starting point, and mix with their backgrounds and habits to symbolize this land in another way.

【今天我想飛/機場指標設計提案】 Today I want to fly / The proposal of sign designs of Taoyuan Airport 分區策展人|字體設計師張軒豪、卵形設計工作室負責人葉忠宜 一套完善的指標設計,除了能發揮良好的指引作用,更會影響到公共安全層面,當然也關乎到國際形象的問 題。這次機場指標設計提案,先釐清機場指標系統在可視性、可辨性和使用者需求的不足點後,進而找出一 個美感與機能性兼具的改善方案,從而提升指標系統的使用者體驗。 Taoyuan Airport is the important façade of Taiwan to the world; the completeness of its design surely affects the first image of foreign visitors toward Taiwan. A set of complete and fine designs of signs can not only have a good instructing function, but affect the public safety. Of course, it concerns with the issues of international impression. We try to propose a new project in which we first clarify the visibility, identifiability, and insufficiency in terms of users' needs, and then provide an improving plan covering beauty and functions to further advance the users' experience with the sign system.

【台雜當道/當設計師走進在地雜貨店】 Trend of Taiwanese Goods / When a designer walks into a local grocery 分區策展人| DHHstudio 負責人 徐景亭 參展人|吳氏設計負責人 吳孝儒.22 Design Studio 創辦人 游聲堯.Studio ShiKai 曾熙凱 試著從台灣雜貨中尋找一種臺灣人的生活型態、生活之道,以設計的思維導入,並且從中拆解。策展團隊認 為小北百貨可以視為在地生活的總和,以真誠反映出臺灣人的生活模式與文化背景。這次的台雜議題像是一 種反向的研究,一種對於臺式美學的探究、發現、重組與提出疑問。 We try to find a Taiwanese grocer from a variety of life patterns, the way of life, to design thinking into, and from the dismantling. We believe that the small North Department Store can be regarded as the sum of life in order to sincerely reflect the Taiwan people's life patterns and cultural background. This is a kind of reverse research, a kind of inquiry, discovery, reorganization and questioning of desktop aesthetics.

【珍便當/臺灣人的自珍之味】 Cherished Bento / The taste that Taiwanese cherishes 分區策展人| IF OFFICE 負責人 馮宇 參展人|廚師 不務正業男子 Ayo.廚師 Soac.究方社負責人 方序中.品墨良行負責人 王慶富. 詩人 夏夏.廚師 陳英傑.平面設計師 彭星凱 臺灣食材豐富鮮美、菜系多元融合,如果臺灣是個便當店,我們又會裝填什麼精彩佳餚來呈現她?四位設計師與 名廚,各自透過匠心獨具的奇想創意,邀請你來品嘗這內斂樸質又風情滿溢的臺灣滋味。 Bento is our common memory of life: the early railway bento box, the take-away bento in the alleys, to the popular bento boxes sold in convenience stores, and let's not forget the homemade bento from families or partners. Opening the bento, we can smell the hot steaming flavor coming forth; that is the warm message sent by the cook through the bento. Taiwan provides rich and fresh ingredients, and there are various independent and integrated food styles. If Taiwan is a bento shop, what kind of delicious cuisine would we fill it in to represent the place? There are four designers and cooks who works with their unique ideas to invite you to have the taste of Taiwan which is simple and yet full of flavor.

【從過去炸向未來-傳統產業文藝復興】 No Expiration Date - Renaissance of traditional industries 分區策展人|社會觀察家 詹偉雄 參展人| Five Metal Shop.合興壹玖肆柒.春池玻璃.茶籽堂 傳統產業力求轉型的案例越來越多,而且由於產品的深厚基底,比起新興產業有其先天優勢。在這個展區中, 從老字號糕糰店、致力苦茶油復育的品牌、以回收再製站上世界舞台的玻璃品牌,還有專為品牌量身打造定 位的設計顧問公司。充滿魅力的傳統產業,有待你前來一窺奧妙。 Traditional industries are the foundation of capital development in Taiwan society which not only construct our daily life but are considered as crucial asset of this island in terms of international recognition. As time moves forward, many traditional industries have been gradually covered with dusts. However, we can find that there are growing cases of transformation. And with the deep-rooted foundation of the products, they are more advantaged comparing with new industries. In this section, there are traditional bakery, the brand which endeavors to regenerate camellia oil, the glass brand which got back to the world stage through recycling and recreating, and the designing consulting company which customize the images for brands. These traditional industries are full of charms and await you to explore more about them.

【健康操進化/充滿想像力的新體操】

臺灣新石器時代的掃叭石柱是世界上少數巨石文化的其中一個遺跡,轉借此文化的巨石形象作為文博會華山劇場的主要視覺,於其龐大的積體設一窄 道,讓參觀者進入其中,此窄道另也象徵西遊記裡,悟空在五指山中的那道裂痕,巨石的意象成為遠古又未來的傳奇場景。 在草原上飄著霧氣,霧氣遊走在空氣之中且穿過巨石的裂縫,飄散的霧氣如台灣文化爆炸般的擴散,草地上燈光灑落在巨石與雲霧間,參觀者體驗雲中 漫步的愜意、感受霧聚霧散的詩意。然遠觀雲氣與霧中巨石,又似海中的一座島,這樣吸引人的視覺感受,既強烈又如此的親切。 材質上與樹火紙博物館紙張抄製過程中剩下無法再使用的沉積材質「紙泥」為底造石,紙張源於樹本為文明起,在此化為石形,又一循環。 Saoba Ruins in Taiwan's Neolithic are one of the few monuments of the world's boulder culture. The boulder image of the culture is borrowed to be the main vision of Huashan Theater of Creative Expo Taiwan. A narrow channel is set up within its huge space to let visitors enter. This narrow channel is also a symbol of the crack when Wukong was in the Five-finger Mountain in the Journey to the West. The image of the boulder becomes a legendary scene that is ancient and futuristic at the same time. The fog floats over the prairie, wanders in the air and goes through the crack. The floating fog is like the explosive spreading of Taiwanese culture. On the prairie the light sheds between the boulder and the fog. The visitors can experience the satisfaction of wandering in the clouds and feel the poetry of the gathering and spreading of the fog. However, if you see the clouds and the boulder in the fog from a distance, it is like an island in the ocean. This appealing visual perception is such strong and cordial. In the texture, the deposited materials "paper mud" remaining during the paper copying process in Suho Paper Memorial Museum is used as the foundation to make the stone. The origin of paper from the tree was the start of the civilization. Here it is transformed into the shape of the stone. A circulation again.

對地球更友善的百年玻璃 工藝品牌——

Gymnastics of Imagination / The trendy gymnastics to do 分區策展人|大象體操 參展人|編舞家 陳俐君 傳統健康操音樂如行軍歌曲,每個重音皆在正拍,相當要求士兵標齊對正、統一踏步。本次創作不再要求雄 壯威武,反倒加入 Funk元素,重置輕重音。利用輕快動感的節奏、流暢好記的吉他旋律,邀請大家一同伸展 筋骨。此外,也別忽略大象體操招牌式的精彩 Bass。跟著音樂一起跳舞吧! In the past the aesthetics of daily Taiwan had been profoundly influenced by military culture and standardized management due to authoritarian rule. The process of flag raising in elementary schools and the duty officer culture in college camps are both examples. The traditional gymnastics music is as marching songs in which the beats are all right on, indicating the requirements of the soldiers to keep a neat formation and their steps unifies. This creation does not require the music to be grand and masculine, but put in some funk elements and replace the beats. With the light and dynamic beats, fluent and memorable rhythm, this music invites everyone to stretch together. Besides, don't miss the remarkable Bass of the elephant gymnastics. Let's dance along the music!

「巨石海島」雕塑由空場藝術聚落王鼎曄、 黃偉倫統籌,空場於 2013年由一群藝術創 作者自行發起獨立經營的藝術家聚落,將 原本空無一物的偌大廠房改造為充滿在地 匯集與對外散發能量的文化生成場域。

華夏玻璃集團累積百年製造工藝,2017年初創立自有設計品牌 AQUA SOUL,系列新品 SOUL ONE是一款便攜式的醒酒器,集結醒酒、隨身杯 (瓶)與儲存三大設計特點,無論自用或送禮都是不錯的選擇。以環保容 器替代塑膠對地球的傷害,創造出更耐用、更安全天然及對自然環境無害 的鈉鈣玻璃環保無鉛玻璃容器。 Hwa Hsia Glass has accumulated a century in making crafts. In early 2017 they created its own design brand AQUA SOUL. The series of new products SOUL ONE is a portable decanter. It combines three design features, i.e. decantation, a portable cup (bottle) and storage. It is a good choice whether it is for personal use or as gifts.They use environmentally friendly containers to replace plastic, which causes damage to the earth, and create environmentally friendly lead-free glass containers out of sodalime glass, which are more durable, more secure and natural and harmless to the natural environment.

用簡單的食材提味 感受生活的溫暖力量

民間什貨店 CIVIC GROCERY

When an ordinary material encounters a unique design point of view, what kind of sparkle will we have? When the traditional crafts meet young designers, what kind of different contemporary annotation will there be?

感受清水混凝土在日常中的美好陪伴——噐質 噐質是一個專門研發、設計與經營水泥複合材家飾的新創團隊。追求「器物本質」 是他們的初衷,因迷戀水泥的獨特質感,創作出一件件精緻的水泥生活用品。噐 質希望清水混凝土不僅止於表現在建築上,而是存在於日常生活中的品味好物。

QIZHI is a newly founded team who specializes in creating, designing and running household accessories made of cement compound material. Pursing the “nature of the implements” is their original intention. They created one after one exquisite cement life supplies because they like the unique texture of cement. QIZHI hopes that the application of fair-faced concrete is not only restricted to architectures but also in the good things in our daily life.

傳統錫藝,令人驚豔的生活美學體現——物 Woo Collective 設計團隊「物 Woo Collective」為延續臺灣傳統錫工藝生命,向國寶級大師陳 萬能先生學習打錫並深入研究在地文化,重新定義傳統錫藝,致力於創造出令 人驚豔的日用品,除了是錫器更是一項精緻的工藝設計品,每項創作都為生活 添加不凡品味。

柴米油鹽醬醋茶,生活中的好味道由最簡單的角色來提點。來自臺中的種籽設計致力於在不同節氣中找尋時令美味, 由他們一手打造的民間什貨店將在三大展區之一的華山1914文創園區暖心登場。走一趟民間什貨店,透過展覽期間的 每日精選故事「果實日、米日、醬日、鹽日、草水日」,尋找食物與土地、環境、人之間的關係,同時感受生活中種 種的情感印記,讓臺灣人看見更多土地賦予我們的美好。以鹽、米、醬、果實與草水述說展覽期間的每日精選故事。 Firewood, rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea. We use the simplest characters to enhance the good taste in our life. Seedesign from Taichung is committed to finding seasonal tastes in different solar terms. Folk Grocery Store created by them will make its debut in one of the biggest exhibition areas – Huashan 1914 Creative Park Area. Pay a visit to Folk Grocery Store and seek for the relationship between food and the land, the environment and the people through the daily featured story, “salt day, rice day, sauce day, fruit day, water grass day”, during the exhibition period. In the meanwhile, feel all kinds of emotional imprint in life, so that Taiwanese people can see more beauty that the land gives us.Using salt, rice, sauce, fruits and grass water to tell the daily featured story during the exhibition period.

Taiwanese traditional tin craft is a sophisticated and meticulous industry. After a century of rise and decline, the glory back then has quietly vanished. In order to continue the life of Taiwanese traditional tin art, the design team “Woo Collective” learn to shape the tin from a master Mr. Chen Wan-Neng, go deep into researching on local culture and redefine traditional tin art. They are committed to creating stunning daily supplies. Besides being a tinware, it is even an exquisite craft design product. Every work can add something special into our life.

當來自北歐的 Wheelys Café 遇上出生於臺北南 門市場的合興糕餅,會有什麼火花?在味蕾中嚐 到創新的氮氣咖啡、同時品嚐到傳統中式糕點 的文化與香氣,不同年代的它們卻意外契合,在 2017臺灣文博會不只感受文化洗禮,更能品嚐 到兩個相異文化背景的食與飲在舌尖上大爆炸。

ACERA, who uses the implication of Art Ceramic as their brand spirit, was founded by Mr. Yu Chun Ming in 1986. They uses the arts of Han and Tang Dynasties as the materials and incorporates the modern design ideas and technics into the patented ceramic technics to create the series of products – LIVIEN. Always upholding the core concept of “respect for all things”, they create modern life boutiques that combines art, innovation, environmental protection and health.

Wonderful design and perfection are sweet burdens in life. Founded in 2010, Wonderfuldesign Studio engages in product design, graphic design, package design and consultation related to design. With one-stop services, the studio provides product commercialization. Additionally, it actively involves in self-owned brands, provides customized services and develops daily goods of different aspects including exquisite tea sets, mugs, plates, ceramic saucers, metal bookmarks and so on. 一間進駐臺北市大稻埕迪化街上承襲七十年傳統的中式糕點店,透過品 牌轉型與空間整合的概念,闡述自身對於傳統產業結合創意演化的觀點, 並希望透過自身所提出空間文本中所闡述的消費型態進而促進大稻埕區 的商圈的發展,讓傳統產業的文化在未來可以更多元更具永續性。

The car body combines with green energy design and it has open modules to be changed easily; it sells coffee, juice, and ice cream; the function easily meet various needs. Wheelys Café expects to combine Taiwanese unique culture by coffee and uses the wheeler with a good storyline to connect and create the unique style of every Wheelys Café.

A Chinese pastry shop, which has inherited seventy years of tradition, marched into Dihua Street in Dadaocheng in Taipei City. 當前臺灣與世界的設計脈動,隨著展覽而產生交流,本屆文博會松山展區在眾多參展商品中梳理年度產品的走向、世 界的影響、文化的趨勢、生活的改變等面向,透過 3間「生活風格實驗室 Demo Room」的規劃,呈現貼近我們當代生 活形態的展區,除了開啓豐富的想像,更能藉此機會觀察世界的發展方向與反思自我定位,提升與時俱進的創新思維。 Demo Room由臺灣新生代知名產品設計師周育潤為總策展人,與共同策展成員將主題定調為「文化的日常」,概念源 自「在激烈爆炸之後,一切的喧囂終究會回歸平靜,回到日常。聲音與物質在空氣中慢慢沈澱,累積出感受得到的生 命厚度。像是身體原本敏銳的感官再度被打開,對於生活周遭產生了更多的關心與體會,物件彷彿是一個傳遞情感細 節的媒介,帶來生命中更多感動的日常。」而這樣的體悟讓人回到文化的源頭,細膩感受產品的本質。 「設計就像是探索,探索著我們如何與物品互動⋯⋯」總策展人周育潤帶領策展團隊從不同面向思考,實現新展示的 可能於 Demo Room,從自我、本質的探索,實用、科技的革新,到鮮明、對比的玩意,放大文化本身的價值於日常生 活中,讓我們重新看見設計的力量。

The current design dynamic of Taiwan and the world is shown in the exhibitions and exchanges in this year's Creative Expo Taiwan. In the Songshan Culture and Creative Park showcases, visitors can observe what is currently happening in the world, and experience Taiwan's culture and lifestyle patterns. Such exhibits are categorized into three lifestyle demo rooms, so that visitors will see the product trends, their impact on the world, cultural trends, changes in life, etc. Through curation, these areas showcase this year's exhibitor's products and how they interpret the modern lifestyle that we are living in. It also looks at the similarities and differences between the world's developments, to find the most appropriate positioning in the world, and to open up opportunities for imagination and international sourcing. The demo rooms are curated by Kevin Chou, alongside a team from different backgrounds. In setting the trend theme as “Daily Life”, the concept is based on all the hustle and bustle eventually returning to calmness of after a fierce explosion, where everything gradually goes back to the daily routine. Sounds and substances in the air slowly precipitate, and accumulate the sensations of the depth of life. It is akin to the body's acute senses opening up again, to produce greater care and deeper experiences for life around them. 策劃今年度臺灣文博會「洞見新勢力 -起」展區的品墨設計工作室,以「起家」為概念,期許每個品牌 能走出自己的路。起家 "khi-ke"為台灣閩南語常用詞語,除了建立新的家以外,在這裡也希望傳達部 分傳統產業透過轉型重新起步的現象。

「起」在這些文字當中是相對具有動的語意,並且經由解構後,期待每個廠商都能走自己的路;傳 統產業在臺灣的經濟體中,是個相當重要的發展基礎。在這些產業的工廠裡,輸送帶 (空北阿) conveyor除了具體量產的實踐外,同時也維繫著許多人的經濟來源。因此,以 ______ 起家的概念為基 礎,帶入以輸送帶為主體結構的設計思考,每個品牌展示出最核心亦即說最小單位的專業技術或能力, 彰顯獨特的專利與研發技術;整體形式上,意味著一條龍的生產線並且鏈結著產業間的可能關係。 由文化部推動之「文化創意產業輔導陪伴計畫」,每年透過洞見新勢力展覽,將在文博會中展現臺灣 在地品牌紮實的創意與競爭力,眾廠商聯合齊力實踐夢想並且有計劃地維持品牌發展。 Pinmo Design Studio, who curates for the “Insight on New Force” exhibition area of the Creative Expo Taiwan this year, uses “khí-ke” as the theme in the hope that every brand can has their own characteristics. “Khí-ke” is a frequently used term in Taiwanese. Besides building a new home, they hope to convey the phenomenon that some traditional industries start again through transformation. Among the words, “khí” has a relatively motional meaning; and after deconstruction, the traditional industry in Taiwan’s economy is a relatively important development basis. In the factories of these industries, besides the realization of actual mass production, in the meanwhile the conveyor also hold together many people’s economy source. Therefore, using the concept “______ khí-ke” as the basis and bringing the design idea of the conveyor as the main structure, every brand demonstrates the core, that is the smallest unit of professional techniques or abilities, to manifest the unique patent and research and development techniques; on the overall form, it means a streamline production and it connects the possible relations among the industries.

一窺新銳潛力品牌的創新設計思維 A glimpse of the creative design ideas brought by the potential new brands.

「NEXT」展區如其名稱,提供設計新世代發光的舞台,每年都會選拔具有潛力的臺灣文創品牌參展,今年針對美學、科技和自然素材的跨界應用, 挑選出顛覆想像的設計作品,這些作品也反映著設計意念與日常生活的關聯,賦予習以為常的用品嶄新的形象。 展區都是三年內新創品牌或公司,共同展出近一年內的新作品,不難想像這股充沛的設計能量表現於多元材質的結合與應用,且在造型和結構上 掌握基本的功能性外,洞悉現代趨勢、追求變化。 NEXT, as its name tells, provides a stage for the new generation in design to shine. Each year, we select Taiwanese cultural and creative brands with potential to participate in the exhibition. This year we select design works that subvert our imagination with a focus on the cross-border applications of aesthetic, technology and natural materials, cross-border applications. These works also reflect the association between the design ideas and the daily life, giving a brand new image to the ordinary supplies. In the exhibition area the brands or companies are all newly founded within the past 3 years; they jointly exhibit the new works in the past year. It is not difficult to imagine the performance of this abundant design energy’s performance on the combination and application of multiple materials; and besides mastering the functions in the molding and structure, they have an insight into the modern trend and seek for changes.

The “Insight on New Force” exhibition held under the “Cultural and Creative Industries Guidance and Company Plan” of the Ministry of Culture will demonstrate the solid originality and competitiveness of Taiwanese local brands in the Creative Expo. The factories unite to make their dreams come true and maintain the development of their brands in a planned way.

橡果藝術 Acorn Studio 所自行 設計生產的月球燈(Luna), 外型仿月球表面設計,細微刻 畫月球上的隕石坑、凹凸紋路, 不僅將習以為常的燈具賦予新 生命,也希望營造出超脫現實 的美好體驗。

叁 個 設 計 tripleliving studio 的軟泥配件(Celement A c c e s s o r y ) 嘗試極致衝突的美 學感受,將硬質地的材質轉換成 軟觸感的體驗,手作的軟水泥產 品都有獨特的圖騰,讓生活物件 顛覆視覺與觸覺既定印象。

亞洲具有代表性的東京國際禮品展,今年擴大規模與文博會合作,這個每年春秋兩季定期在東京舉 辦的展覽,將把眾多日系知名的文創品牌帶入臺灣,展出內容包含引領時代趨勢的禮品、消費品、 家居用品,裝飾用品等,邀請大家一同到現場感受日本對於品質的堅持與設計的細節。本屆文博會的 ACTIVE CREATORS攤位,以原創為主體設計展示區,呈現設計師和創作者的新銳設計作品,從紙製 品到皮革配件,期盼傳遞日本人特有的細膩情感和精緻手工。

The Celement Accessory of Tripleliving studio attempts the ultimate aesthetic of the conflict. They turn the hard materials into a soft touch experience. There are unique patterns on all the handmade celement products. It makes life supplies subvert the visual and tactile stereotype.

The Asia representative Tokyo International Gifts Exhibition scales up to collaborate with the Creative Expo this year. This exhibition that is held regularly in spring and winter two seasons every year will bring many Japanese famous cultural and creative brands to Taiwan. The exhibition content includes trendy gifts, consumer goods, household products, ornaments and so on. We invite everybody to come and feel Japanese’s insistence on the quality and the details of design. The ACTIVE CREATORS stand in the Creative Expo this year uses originality as the theme to design the exhibition area, showing the designers’ and the creators’ new design works from paper products to leather accessories and hoping to deliver the exquisite feelings and handmade skills peculiar to Japanese.

以日本四季風貌與風俗習慣為創作靈感,透 過刺繡或紙雕的方式刻畫節氣,並選用日本 特色的「和紙」作主要素材,京都烏丸六七 把對紙的熱愛化為實體產品,揉合現代感的 創意表現紙張的生命力,也藉此傳承日本職 人傳統的製紙工藝,這次準備推出 2017年 春夏的全新產品。

起初由服飾雜貨為事業核心,而後開創自有 品牌的 DIARGE,一直以來都堅持所有的產 品都必須在日本生產製作,現以金屬與皮 革為核心素材開發產品,其中「GIVE THE DIFFERENCE.」主題,運用黃銅與皮革呈現 天然素材的質感,這次將會展售傳統金屬加 工技術所製成的黃銅產品。

來自東京墨田區,產品的背後傳承著老職人 製造高級鱷魚皮革製品的經驗,包括原始的 皮革製品、皮帶、皮包以及文具、室內家居 小件等,從原創設計開始一直到皮革加工處 理及成品,都可以見到產品設計師與傳統工 匠相互合作的脈絡,SAKURA WAQS講究皮 件的設計,帶來皮革製品的新可能。

Using the scenes of the four seasons and the customs in Japan as the inspiration for creation, they portray the solar terms through embroidery or paper carving and choose to use “Japanese paper” as the main material. Kyoto Karasuma Rokuhichi Do turns their love toward paper into physical products and mixes modernistic creations to show the vitality of paper; besides, they pass down Japanese artisans’ traditional technics in making paper through this opportunity. This time they prepare to introduce new products of spring and summer of 2017.

DIARGE, who focused mainly on clothes and general merchandises at first and then created their own brand, has ever insisted that all of the products be produced in Japan. Now, they utilize metal and leather as the core materials to develop products, among which the topic “GIVE THE DIFFERENCE.” makes use of brass and leather to show the texture of natural materials. This time they will exhibit and sell brass products made with traditional metal manufacturing technics.

From the Sumida district in Tokyo, behind the scenes the products inherit old artisans’ experience in making high-class crocodile leather products, including the original leather products, belts, wallets and stationery, household indoor accessories and so on. From the original design to the manufacturing process and the finished products, we can see the trace in which the designer of the products cooperate with the traditional craftsman. SAKURA WAQS is fastidious about the design of leather accessories, which brings the new possibility to the leather products.

Eliminating all theme imagination, Drilling Lab refers to the structure of industrial parts, concentrating on things itself and dismissing decorative designs to create a pure “body kit”. Every production process is based on traditional methods to retain mechanical unique texture, echoing the simple and pure concept of designers. The straight, pragmatic, and neutral appearance showing personal attitude to life and symbols of insistence.

SHOKAY綉嘉

晏誠設計 YenChen·Yawen DESIGN STUDIO珠 寶飾盤深受日本陶瓷修復工藝金繕啟發,將破裂 的器皿與錫合金重新熔接結合,製作含蓄、優雅 並適合襯托珍貴珠寶的飾品盤。其精神源自於將 物件的破損視為特色宣揚,而非缺陷般的藏匿起 來,經修復後的裂痕乘載著物件與工藝背後的故 事,使原有的器皿更具深厚的內涵。 The form is inspired by a philoso-phy from the Japanese art of pottery repairing – “Kintsugi”. Kintsugi treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise. We created a new casting method inspired by this ancient technique to repair cracked Jesmonite with tin and bismuth alloy. As a result, the product presents a beautiful and elegant platform to compliment precious jewelleries.

「黃色」是充滿希望和愉悅的顏色!「Yellow Project」 是一個匯聚亞洲角色創作者的作品展,黃色也象徵了亞洲 人的膚色,而黃色的高明度與彩度也給人正面和幸福的感 覺。集結平面設計、圖像創作、立體雕塑、插畫、漫畫、 玩具公仔、數位多媒體等各方高手的眼界與巧思,形成一 股詼諧的創作能量。邀集作品涵蓋台、港、中、日、韓、 馬、印等亞洲各地的知名作者,超過 45組角色設計品牌, 希望藉由這個展覽凝聚在角色創作上努力不懈的藝術家與 作品,在黃色主題中傳遞角色給人帶來的溫暖與樂趣。

Brenda Suitcase_Taiwan She loves to collect all sorts of beautiful things. She wants to collect them into a small suitcase through every stroke of the paint and carefully seal it up just like valuable memories.

Gao Quan-Wei (weiweiboy)_Taiwan He created the Smiling Spirit character. He wants to use the power of illustration to let everybody have smiles. Now he is now working hard on developing the second character “Hairy Bear”. He wants to melt the reader’s heart with therapeutic facial expressions.

The color of “yellow” represents delight and hope.“Yellow Project" is an exhibition of collection of Asian characters, and yellow also indicates the skin color of Asian. The brightness of yellow also gives people the sense of positive and happiness. Along with graphic design, image creation, sculpture, illustration, comings, and toys, professionals gathers together forming the humor strength of creation. More than 45 character design works are from prestigious artists in Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea, and Indonesia, and so on. This event expects to bring the character designers’ constant efforts together, and to responses the topic of yellow – warmth and fun.

She notes down the diversity of food culture in every place. She uses the materials that symbolize the paper bag of food to extend the taste experience to visual perception. The image tells the food stories that belong to different cities.

泰國新銳插畫設計師,3Land是創作者的第三 個世界,像作夢般創造著他所熱愛的夢幻世 界,將喜愛的人物與建築畫在紙上,同時也 能想像著自己身處其中。

Hiroyuki-Mitsume Takahashi_Japan Her works incorporate the comic style art. Colorful and saturated colors increase the vitality. She had participated in several international expositions, such as the ComicCon Expo in the US, Japanese Illustration Expo held in France, and Korea Seoul Illustration Expo. Now she is committed to original comic.

3Land Studio_Thailand He is an up-and-coming illustration designer from Thailand. 3Land is the creator’s third world. He creates the dreamy world he loves just like having a dream. He draws the characters and architectures he likes on the paper, and at the same time he can also imagine himself being in it.

「LOWPOSE Market」是結合角色品牌與跨界合作的實驗 市集。LOWPOSE從角色設計作品出發,媒合在地品牌, 在授權與商業應用延伸的概念下,成為角色設計與跨界 應用的示範平台。來到「LOWPOSE Market」,可以親身 感受角色與商業結合的獨特魅力,從咖啡、爆米花、冰 淇淋;到妖怪桌遊、花卉藝術,好吃好逛好收藏,現場 還能參加絹印手作體驗工作坊。離開前,別忘了到展區 的拍照機前,與你最喜愛的角色,一起留下獨一無二的 紀念合照喔! “LOWPOSE Market” is an experimental market of character design and its crossover application. LOWPOSE begins the works from character design and then combines the local brand to extend the concept of licensing and commercial application where is a demo platform for this field. When visiting “LOWPOSE”, you will find out the unique charm of the combination of character and commerce. The applications include coffee, popcorn, ice cream, board games, flower art that is good for shopping, eating and collecting. Visitors can experience the silk-screen printing on their own. Before leaving, do not forget to go to the photo booth to take unique pictures with your favorite character.
