DECADE OF DOUBLE HARVEST Dear Ministry & Missions Friends and Partners,
You can only imagine the whirlwind of emotion I experienced when I heard the news while at a Crusade in
Nigeria (on the morning of December 7, 2019): Reinhard Bonnke has gone home. YES, Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke (our beloved founder) went home to be with the Lord after a remarkable
79 years of living. He was powerfully used of God to reach millions with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Over 79 million salvations were documented as a result of his faithful obedience! (That’s ONE MILLION SOULS for EVERY YEAR he lived here on earth!)
He often said to me, “Daniel, You are not to become the custodian of my legacy. Preach the Gospel!” I know
he is cheering us on from his front row seat in that “great cloud of witnesses” as God has given us a fresh mandate to DOUBLE our 30-year (75 million souls) milestone and press forward to reach the 150 million souls mark in the next 10 years. We are calling it the “Decade of the Double Harvest.”
That is why we are strategically and systematically expanding our efforts, and God is already multiplying
the results. FOR EXAMPLE: Several weeks prior to each crusade event, we now send teams of evangelists to schools, hospitals, orphanages, marketplaces and out on the streets to preach the Good News of Jesus, pray for the sick and cast out demons.
ALREADY in these pre-crusade outreaches, we have seen hundreds of thousands saved. That’s in addition to
the millions saved in our massive 4-day Gospel campaigns! The Gospel Crusade in Lomé, Togo had been scheduled several weeks prior, but due to some insurmountable difficulties at the border, it was postponed at the last minute. Despite the disappointment and inconvenience, God would prove true to His Word—making all things work together for good!

On the second night of the Gospel Crusade, when it appeared that the field would be far too small to accommodate the attendees, Evangelist Daniel Kolenda preached about the blood of Jesus, and the Holy Spirit demonstrated His power. Every night after the prayer for salvation, the people brought their demonic trinkets, charms, fetishes, amulets, “juju” and idols to be burned in large drums. Often these items have been given to people by witch doctors. They instill great fear and superstition in those who possess them. But on one particular night, both drums, which had just burned earlier, were both filled again! For a second time on the same night, people renounced them and the witchcraft behind them. Then Evangelist Kolenda took authority over every curse, broke them in Jesus’ name, and the people rejoiced in freedom. For the past year, trained and equipped young evangelists were sent into cities, like Lomé, for weeks ahead of the crusades to reach out to the locals. They went to many places that the main crusades couldn’t reach. They ministered in schools, villages,

TESTIMONIES A GLIMPSE OF WHAT GOD DID IN LOMÉ
After a motorcycle accidentally hit her, she couldn’t stand well on her feet or breathe well for a year. NOW SHE CAN RISE UP, HAS NO PAIN, AND BREATHES PROPERLY.
THIS CHILD HAD EYE PROBLEMS. Since the Saturday morning after attending the crusade, they have stopped using the medicine for the child, and his eyes are in good health now.
This woman could move her hand again, HEALED FROM THE EFFECTS OF AN ACCIDENT in 2015.

FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS, SHE FELT LIKE SHE WAS PARALYZED FROM THE WAIST DOWN. After prayer she felt like something was moving out of her feet. She tried to bend down and was able to without pain.

marketplaces, on street corners, on church properties and football fields—anywhere to attract an audience. And with the proper equipment, these tenacious evangelists hosted up to three meetings per day. Eight weeks before the Togo Gospel Crusade, the evangelists preached the Gospel—two of them were Paul Maurer and Jared Horton. Paul prayed for a woman who could not walk for one year as a result of a car accident, and she was healed. Another woman, paralyzed and carried to the field one night, was healed and able to walk. Also, a young lady whose foot was twisted to one side was healed as her foot straightened out, and she walked normally. During one of the village outreaches, one woman testified that a lump in her breast vanished.

These were just a few of many wonderful miracles that happened in Lomé—a glimpse of what God is doing in Africa today! Please continue to pray for these crusades. The best is yet to come! n

Over 60,000 people filled Orlando’s open-air Camping World Stadium for a one-day event: The SEND.
USA In February of 2018, just three days after the death of Billy Graham, a small group of men met at the Christ for all Nations headquarters in Orlando to talk about collaborating for the sake of sparking a worldwide missions movement. Out of that meeting, The Send was born. Christ for all Nations (led by Daniel Kolenda) together with Brian Brennt (Circuit Riders), Andy Byrd (YWAM), Lou Engle, Teo Hayashi (Dunamis Movement, Brazil) Michael Koulianos (Jesus Image) and Todd White (Lifestyle Christianity) comprise the seven collaborators that lead The Send.
Seven ministries (including CfaN) collaborated to create the Send event.
The SEND is about launching a new generation into the harvest fields of the world that are so ripe for harvest.
The first gathering of The Send was in Orlando in February 2018. Nearly 60,000 people, mostly youth, gathered in Camping World Stadium for twelve hours of prayer, the preaching of the Gospel and commissioning to the mission field! As a result, more than 2,500 people received Christ! In addition: • 5,423 committed to go to the nations as missionaries • 2,467 adopted schools to evangelize • 5,064 adopted a neighborhood to evangelize • 2,197 adopted a college campus to evangelize • 18,196 committed to fast and pray for this harvest

Evangelist Kolenda said, “The SEND is about launching a new generation into the harvest fields of the world that are so ripe for harvest. Now, more than ever, we need laborers to take this Gospel into all the world.” This initiative is part of the “Decade of Double Harvest” strategy that Kolenda believes will spark the greatest evangelistic movement in history. Evangelist Daniel Kolenda and the Christ for all Nations team held a campaign in Nakuru, Kenya from August 8-11, 2019. In the weeks leading up to the main event, a team of evangelists preached the Gospel in more than 600 schools, villages, markets and orphanages.

More than 200,000 people received Christ… BEFORE THE EVENT STARTED!! In some of the schools where the team ministered, they had full-blown outpourings of the Holy Spirit. The power of God moved among students for hours, with hundreds laid out under the power of God. And still others were dramatically delivered from demons…in public schools. As the sun was rising over the Rift Valley in Nakuru, Kenya, it illuminated an amazing scene. By 6:30 AM, thousands of pastors and church leaders had already gathered on the campaign field, under the African sky, to hear the Word of God during the Fire Conference. One local pastor said to Peter Vandenberg that he had never seen anything like it—not even in the churches—much less on an open field. There is truly a tremendous hunger here for the things of God, even among the leaders. This is a great sign that God is doing something powerful in Nakuru. These men and women will disciple the new converts that were saved during the campaign.

THIS MAN WAS AN ACROBAT AND BROKE HIS BACK. As a result he had not been able to bend, but was suddenly able. He demonstrates his acrobatic skills on stage.
SHE NO LONGER NEEDS CRUTCHES TO WALK. The woman proclaims Jesus healed her during the prayer for the sick. THESE 4 WOMEN ALL HAD THE SAME BACK PROBLEMS AND COULDN’T BEND. They demonstrate they are now able to bend without pain.

Evangelist Kolenda was joined by several amazing men and women of God from around the world in Nakuru. Among them were Eddie James and his team, who led beautiful and powerful worship each night. Also, a team of evangelists—graduates from the School of Evangelism—had been ministering in Nakuru! Jared Horton was one of them. On one of the campaign nights he shared a powerful testimony before Evangelist Kolenda preached. He told of a young woman in one of the schools where they ministered. A witch doctor gave her a braided piece of cloth to tie around her waist, telling her it would protect her against evil spirits. Meanwhile, this young woman had become completely demon

possessed. As the team of evangelists ministered in that school, she was dramatically delivered. Afterward, she voluntarily gave that cloth to Jared as a testimony to her newfound freedom. After that testimony, drums full of witchcraft Juju were burnt. Many people surrendered and broke the curses in Jesus’ name. One woman testified that she was healed when the curses were broken. Many other wonderful testimonies of healing followed, including deaf ears, stomach ulcers, asthma, arthritis and all kinds of pain and paralysis! n

It had been over 30 years since the last CfaN crusade in Kisumu, and a whole new generation arrived on the scene. There was a great harvest to reap there, and the local leaders said they had been praying for someone to come and help them.

Less than five weeks after the last crusade in Kenya, and just a few days after the amazing Light the Fire Again event in Pensacola, the team returned to Kenya for another campaign. While other evangelists were discouraged because of security concerns, Evangelist Kolenda believed the Lord had appointed him for such a time. The Gospel Campaign in Kisumu was glorious. When Evangelist Kolenda prayed over the crowd to receive the baptism in the Spirit, the power of God came down in a tangible way. “I became so inebriated; I found it difficult to minister. Bodies lay all over the ground. Little children were weeping in the presence of God. I asked a little girl what she was feeling, and she said, ‘Power!’” Evangelist Kolenda reported. Many received deliverance from demons, and many miracles happened. Just in the last couple days of crusade meetings, a crippled woman was totally healed of arthritis. She could walk and even jump! Many people with chronic pain—some with pain lasting for years—said the pain suddenly vanished and did not return. Still more miracles: A woman’s stomach tumor of 10 years vanished; a girl possessed by demons for six years was delivered; a man with a paralyzed arm—from a robbery assault over a year before—was totally healed; a woman, whose mother had been insane since 1989, said that her mother totally returned to her right mind. Also, a word of knowledge was given regarding someone being healed from an abscess on the right side of their mouth. Two women came forward: one had the abscess and severe swelling and pain for over a year, and the other woman had suffered the same problems for two months. Both were instantly healed, and the swelling and pain vanished. There were many, many more testimonies — too many to mention. Suffice it to say… We can only say that Kisumu was shaken by the power of the Gospel! n

THE SUPERNATURAL REALM IS VERY REAL, AND IT DIRECTLY IMPACTS OUR DAY-TO-DAY LIVES. “Ultimately the spiritual war was already won on the cross. Yet we live in a world where people are still slaves to sin and the devil. Their minds are still under that demonic spirit of the age. We are called to set them free. We proclaim the good news and then we demonstrate the kingdom of God by bringing its power to bear. Where there are demons, we cast them out. Where there is sickness, we heal it. Where there is bondage, we break it. Where there are strongholds, we pull them down. We do this with all the tools God has given us—preaching, prayer, faith, prophetic words, signs, wonders, miracles, love, sacrifice, acts of service, and so on. I emphasize these things because often when people think of spiritual warfare, they think of a one-dimensional aspect of it—usually praying loudly. But spiritual warfare is not confined to prayer. Jesus modeled how we wage our war against darkness. Jesus is the dragon slayer we should seek to imitate.”

This is your chance to tell Him!” As people lined up to be baptized in the Jordan River, Daniel Kolenda continued: “All of His promises will come to pass as we baptize you in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.” Then Brian Guerin prophesied about joy unspeakable—how it erupts and flows like thick lava from the hearts of worshipers who want to surrender their lives to Christ. Seven weeks before the main Gospel Crusade bombarded the region with the Gospel, the pre-crusade team of evangelists arrived. Christ for all Nations conducted 273 outreaches and saw 77,879 people come to Christ—before the Crusade even started! The “Decade of Double Harvest” was underway!
When Evangelist Daniel Kolenda arrived in Abeokuta, Nigeria, he was greeted by a lively crowd all along the road, made up of local believers, pastors, bishops and other leaders. They were full of joy and anticipation of what God was going to do. Evangelist Kolenda was escorted to the governor’s mansion where he shared with the governor (who is a believer) and his entire cabinet. He was then taken to the king’s palace where he was able to share the Gospel.

Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke was a living reflection of courage, commitment, conviction, credibility, compassion, humility and sold-out service to the call of God on his life.
The Legacy of a World Changer He was affectionately known as “God’s General” and “The Billy Graham of Africa.” He spent a remarkable 60 of his 79 years preaching the Gospel and would often say that his life’s mission was to “plunder Hell to populate Heaven.” His heart was filled with an unconditional love for Jesus; a fearless faith for the miraculous; and an unrelenting passion to preach the Gospel. The son of a pastor, Reinhard Bonnke gave his life to the Lord at age nine and heard the call to the mission field before he was even a teenager. After attending Bible college in Wales, he became a pastor in Germany for seven years, and then went on to start mission work in southern Africa.

It was there, in the small mountain kingdom of Lesotho, that God placed upon his heart the vision of “the continent of Africa, washed in the precious Blood of Jesus”—an entire continent, from Cape Town to Cairo and from Dakar to Djibouti—that needed to be reached and to hear the proclamation of the signsfollowing Gospel.
Mass Evangelist He began holding meetings in a tent that accommodated 800 people. As attendance increased, larger and larger tents had to be purchased until finally, in 1984, he commissioned the construction of the world’s largest mobile structure at the time, a tent capable of seating 34,000 people! Soon, the attendance at his meetings exceeded the capacity of this huge structure, and he began open-air Gospel campaigns with an initial gathering of more than 150,000 people.

In 1974, Reinhard founded Christ for All Nations with the goal of reaching the entire continent of Africa with the Gospel. The ministry increased the number of crusades held per year in Africa and also began to branch out to Asia by holding one crusade per year in that part of the world. Crusades followed in Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, India and South America. Each event resulted in tens of thousands receiving Jesus Christ as their Savior, and multitudes were healed and delivered from demonic forces. At one such rally in Lagos, Nigeria, held in 2000, more than 6 million people came out to hear him preach. As part of the ministry’s discipleship training program, over 185.5 million copies of CfaN books and booklets have been published in 103 languages and printed in 55 countries. Millions of books have been freely given (“seeded”) throughout the world. Remembering Reinhard’s own words: “I grew up as the overlooked child in the Bonnke family, and God used that pain to sensitize my heart to the overlooked people of the world. those whose names no one will ever celebrate. He has given me a heart to preach to the poor on the continent of Africa, and in other parts of the world as well.”
Passing the Torch In 2006 Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke began to share the CfaN platform with a young evangelist named Daniel Kolenda. Daniel’s journey with CfaN began in the warehouse where his job was stocking shelves and sweeping floors. Later, Evangelist Bonnke invited him to travel with him from time to time as an assistant. Evangelist Bonnke wrote about Kolenda in the mid 2000’s saying, “He reminds me of myself at his age. I have noticed that he carries the Holy Spirit’s flame from above. I believe he is one of the next generation’s movers and shakers in the Kingdom of God. I have handed him my microphone to preach the Gospel from the CfaN platform…and the results are the same as when I preached. Hundreds of thousands responded to the invitation, and miracles follow the preaching of the Word. Hallelujah!” Eventually, God spoke to Reinhard about Kolenda saying, “The anointed must be appointed.” Evangelist

Kolenda was appointed lead evangelist and CEO of CfaN in 2009 and for a decade, evangelist Bonnke supported Kolenda in this role. Evangelist Bonnke said, “This ministry is not my private property. It is all by God’s grace.” On December 6, 2019, CfaN celebrated “Founder’s Day” – 45 years since evangelist Bonnke started the ministry. And, on December 7, we celebrated his home going. Yes – 7 is associated in God’s word with completion… A race that is finished! Although the earthly life and work of Reinhard Bonnke is finished here, we can still imagine him smiling in Heaven and saying… “The Ministry of CfaN is not over, it has just begun. God’s best is yet to come. So run with the vision, Daniel – take the baton and run!” The love for Reinhard Bonnke in Africa is unparalleled. He not only left an indelible mark on this continent but the nations of the world as well. We are still walking down the trail he forged over many years of faithfully preaching the gospel. n

1960’S
Reinhard Bonnke’s ministry in Africa started in 1967, as a missionary to Lesotho in southern Africa. He preached everywhere, sometimes to only a handful, but always with the passion for the lost that would become his trademark.

THROUGH THE YEARS 1970’S
In 1974 he founded Christ for all Nations. The breakthrough Gospel Crusade in Gaberones, Botswana, was followed by tent meetings all over South Africa. During these years he also developed other highly successful evanglism tools such as The African Messenger (distributed widely in Africa) and the “Bicycle Evangelists” (who went where cars could not yet go).

1980’S CfaN soon outgrew the “Yellow Tent,” and the “Big Tent” was dedicated in 1984. The first ever Fire Conference took place in Harare, Zimbabwe and they have had a huge impact on church leaders ever since. Soon, however, the Big Tent also became too small and open air campaigns became the norm.

In line with Evangelist Bonnke’s vision “From Capetown to Cairo,” CfaN now started moving north through West Africa and Nigeria with great success and ever larger crowds. However, antiChristian riots in Kano resulted in the ministry being banned from Nigeria until 1999, when once again the door was opened miraculously.

CfaN now entered a season of unprecedented growth; the so-called “Millennium Crusade” in Lagos saw the largest crowds the ministry had seen to date, with 1.6 million people in a single service and over 3.4 million decisions for Christ! During this decade Evangelist Bonnke also met with 34 presidents across Africa, of whom a number came to Christ. Towards the end of this decade Evangelist Boonke became increasingly aware of the need to pass on the baton.

When Daniel Kolenda joined the ministry it soon became obvious that God had answered his prayers. Guided by the Holy Spirit, Reinhard Bonnke slowly stepped back and handed over the reins. He was 79 when he went to be with the Lord. In his lifetime, CfaN registered just over 79 million decisions for Christ. What a legacy! To God be the glory!

On December 7, 2019, Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, founder of Christ for all Nations, went home to be with the Lord whom he loved and served so devotedly all his life. Since then, from around the world, the tide of thanksgiving for who he was has just kept rising. It is no exaggeration to say that his vision and passion had a huge impact on every person he ever met but he was also a humble man who, though lauded by many and often meeting with people in high places, only ever saw himself as a “simple evangelist preaching the ABC’s of the Gospel.” The USA memorial service took place January 4, 2020 in Orlando, FL, and many came from around the globe to celebrate his life. A veritable “who’s who’’ in the Christian Evangelist Daniel Kolenda - CfaN’s CEO, and President (since 2009) pays tribute to Reinhard Bonnke. The USA memorial service was one of several such events around the world.

During his lifetime, from pulpits around the world he had thundered the phrase “Africa shall be saved!” but in later years, as the numbers of salvations grew almost beyond imagining, he changed this to “Africa is BEING saved!” He was 79 when he died. Interestingly, to date CfaN has recorded over 79 million recorded decisions for Christ. His truly was a fruitful life! He said that all he wanted written on his tombstone was “He preached Jesus.” This he did until the day he joined the “great cloud of witnesses,” a giant among men, an unwavering servant of God. n

The first Light the Fire Again event in 2018 featured several pastors and evangelists who had been instrumental in the revival in Toronto in the early 90’s. This year’s conference presented many nextgeneration evangelists who are being used to reach the lost for the Kingdom and impart fresh fire from God into thirsty souls. The event featured anointed worship from Jeremy Riddle, Lindy Conant-Cofer and Roy Fields. From 1995 to 2000, the Brownsville Revival impacted millions of people around the world. The last few days of the crusade in Ado Ekiti, Nigeria, were particularly amazing! The power of God moved in a mighty way, touching multitudes of hungry people. However, the fourth and last day marked a truly extraordinary event. It will go down in history as the day one of God’s greatest generals went home.

Daniel Kolenda shared his heart on this memorable day: “When I woke up this morning, I had no idea that my day would end with such a whirlwind of emotion. I have both deep sorrow and great joy. Sorrow because Reinhard Bonnke was more than a great man, powerful preacher and influential leader. To me, he was like a father and one of my dearest friends. The Apostle Paul tells us that such gifts in our life are incredibly rare. ‘Even if you had ten thousand guardians in Christ, you do not have many fathers…” (1 Cor. 4:15). The sense of loss I feel in this moment is profound. But I am so happy that Evangelist Bonnke has finally entered his eternal reward. He is now with the One that he loved so much and that he lived his whole life to please. I am sure that all of Heaven is rejoicing.” Daniel Kolenda was not by Evangelist Bonnke’s side when he passed away the morning of December 7. Instead, he was on the other side of the world. There is no greater way to honor one of the greatest evangelists that has ever lived, than laboring where he labored—in Africa, preaching the Gospel and leading multitudes into the arms of Jesus.

Many of them can still remember when Reinhard Bonnke came to this same city more than a decade ago. The love for Bonnke in Africa is unparalleled. He left an indelible mark on this continent, and those who’ve served in his ministry are still walking down the trail he forged over many years of faithfully preaching the Gospel. Over the past year and a half, as part of our vision for a Decade of Double Harvest, Evangelist Daniel Kolenda and the Christ for all Nations team have been training and equipping evangelists who feel called to preach the Gospel in power with the demonstration of miracles, signs and wonders to the masses. To date, we’ve trained over 25 evangelists and have sent them to the mission field of Africa where they’ve conducted hundreds of outreaches in schools, prisons, orphanages and villages, which has resulted in hundreds of thousands of souls coming to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. In addition, incredible miracles have taken place.

During these outreaches, after praying for the sick, our guest evangelists have received testimonies of God’s miraculous healing power. Blind eyes have opened. The deaf have had their hearing restored. Tumors have vanished and much more! Although we rejoice at what has taken place, we look to the future with much anticipation, knowing that this is just the beginning. Our team has strategies in place to multiply these efforts, which will result in many more evangelists being trained and sent out, hundreds of thousands of people hearing the Gospel and nations being completely transformed by the power of the Gospel. Our team at CfaN is committed to working tirelessly to see
Christ for all Nations is able to reach more souls for the Kingdom through Village Outreach Crusades.

EVANGELISM TRAINING WEEK Power-Packed Teaching The graduates of CfaN’s 2019 Evangelism Training Week (Previously known as School of Evangelism) will never be the same. Trained in Gospel preaching, prophetic evangelism, deliverance ministry, crusade organization and many other vital soul-winning skills, this small group of just over 100 students spent one week under the instruction of some of today’s most dynamic evangelists. Peter Vandenberg, Todd White, Michael Koulianos, Paula White, Eric Gilmour, Brian Guerin, Harvey Katz and Dr. Chauncey Crandall all served as instructors, leading power-packed sessions filled with battle-tested wisdom, inspiration and the power of the Holy Spirit. The training featured physical healings, prophetic words, a streetwitnessing outreach, corporate worship, and even the wedding of two students! As always, the training ended with a powerful night of impartation as each instructor laid hands on every student, activating them into Spiritempowered ministry. n

EVANGELISM BOOTCAMP Fast Track to the Mission Field Over the next ten years and as part of the Decade of Double Harvest, Evangelist Daniel Kolenda plans to train, equip and send thousands of evangelists into the field to work shoulder to shoulder with the CfaN team in Africa. To launch this multiplicative mass-evangelism initiative, Christ for all Nations is instituting the Evangelism Bootcamp this January. A six-month intensive proving ground of instruction, outreach and impartation, the pioneering program has been limited to a select group of only 50 students. Held at the CfaN headquarters in Orlando, this fast track to the field will see students from six continents equipped by leading evangelists like Daniel Kolenda, Todd White, Nathan Morris and many more. Graduates will be eligible to apply for Evangelism Bootcamp which will place them in harvest fields around the world.
