Aubrey McGhee is a Toronto-based composer and musician who has been an active performer in the city over the last decade. Between touring the country from coast to coast to coast with various acts and contributing to multiple projects, IRememberTheFootprintsinTheSnow, “Anywhere But Here” by Tika, “Good Morning Hunter” by Odario, and “Need You” by HMLT, Aubrey hopes to continue to inspire and help other creatives tell their stories through art and dialogue.

DEANNA H. CHOI

Deanna H. Choi composes music for the screen and designs sonic environments for live performance. Having previously studied neuroscience, the study of human behaviour informs her work as a storyteller. Recent film credits include Last of the Right Whales (HitPlay/CBC), Relax, I’m From The Future (Universal/Wango Films). She is a classically trained violinist, has designed over 100 theatre and dance productions across Canada, and teaches at the National Theatre School of Canada. She is the 2020 laureate of the Pauline McGibbon Award, and an SCGC member. She has served in artist residencies at the Ban Centre, SOCAN Foundation, and Necessary Angel Company.
