He has focused his career on energy efficiency and combined heat and power projects for both public and private sector clients. He has specific experience in delivering projects through performance based contracts as well as design/build. Joe’s career started as a mechanical systems design engineer and progressed through various technical, project management and group leadership roles. He is passionate about energy management, alternative project delivery and client service.
