In this role, James has worked with some of the country’s largest developers in the design of student housing facilities for colleges and universities throughout the US. His 22 years of experience includes design plans, contract specifications, engineering reports, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, construction phase services, and cost estimates. He has worked with over 100 college and university campuses across the country, and has programmed and designed more than 8,000 beds of student housing. David is a recognized expert and frequent speaker for The Association of College Unions International (ACUI) and The National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS) on topics regarding the design and programming of colleges and universities.
