Very Good! ! Coach asked PBC to choose the topic and also explored measures of success for topic. ! Coach seemed really confident in the PBC as the expert. ! Coach was fully present as a coach, drawing out the solutions from the PBC. ! Coach heard the PBC at a deep level and helped PBC hear him/herself. ! Most of the questions were powerful, helping the client get to new thinking. ! Coach communicated clearly and was also able to use the PBC’s words. ! The PBC also gained new awareness about him/herself – attitudes, motivations, identity, etc. ! Coach helped the client identify and design the actions.
