sweet & spicy fashion inspired by asia Chai Fashions is a clothing line designed locally in victoria, bc but manufactured in india & thailand to support small family run production houses.

Inspired from the culture & colours of asia, it is a collection of fresh modern styles for women of all ages.

With careful attention to quality & detail, our hope is that everyone who wears Chai feels chic, comfortable & rightfully unique.

1. CHAI SALES all sales are subject to Chai’s final approval. In order to qualify as a Chai wholesale account, you must be a retailer selling merchandise in a storefront location or market.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY at this time, Chai ships merchandise to locations worldwide.

The buyer is responsible for shipping charges which will be calculated before order is processed and shipped. The total shown on the advance invoice is without shipping fees.

All shipments are made via canada post unless courier is specified.

3. RETURN POLICY please examine your order upon receipt. Remember that all Chai products are handcrafted and are subject to slight irregularities and that such irregularities should not be considered defects. Chai offers returns by way of special permission only. Chai will not accept any unauthorized returns. Please be sure to ship your items by insured, traceable mail. All returns must be made within 10 days of the date found on your invoice. Chai reserves the right to refuse any return request. Shipping and handling charges are final and cannot be returned. Please allow a processing time of two weeks for returns and exchanges. Chai reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time without prior notice to you. For further questions or concerns regarding the Chai return policy please contact customer service at 250 361 9591. A 20% restocking fee will be required for each return. Damaged merchandise will not incurr this fee.

4. OPENING ORDER MINIMUMS opening order minimums will start at $500. Chai reserves the right to open additional accounts in your trade area.

5. PAYMENT all opening orders are by credit card or advance cheque prior to shipping.

Visa, mastercard or american express must be provided at the time of order. Chai does not grant net terms for any opening orders. Net terms will be available upon approval of established credit. All returned checks will be charged a $25 processing fee.

6. TERMS upon approval of a credit. Net 30 day terms will be granted. Net 30 day terms begin from the date of invoice. Late interest charges will be assessed on all invoices if payments are not made within Chai terms at the rate of 3% per month. Customers with balances over 60 days will be converted to a credit card only account. Customers who have yet to send payment within 90 days of invoice will be sent to collections. In the event that a customer is sent to collections, there will be charges for any court costs, attorney’s fees and all other cost of collection incurred, all without relief from valuation and appraisement laws. Chai reserves the right to hold any future shipments until payment is received in full.
