Encourage our development as the “Marial face” of the Church in order to come closer to young people and the needs of today’s world.

Promote in the Institute a participative style of leadership in such a way that each member is able to exercise the authority that derives from his role in the service of the Institute’s mission.

Accompany discernment in the administrative units and in the regions with a view to discovering what it means “to go in haste to a new land” in their own context.

To foster in the Brothers a rediscovery of the enthusiasm and joy they

Organigrama of the General Administration General House

e present next an organigram of the current General Administration, showing the types of relationship and interaction we wish to exist within it.

In drawing it up, we have taken into account the following critera, among others: integration, horizontal communication (circular); fraternal dialogue; responsability of the bureaus and offices, in liaison with the General Council and in intercommunication with one another; involvement in the reflection of Brothers and laity of the General House.
