Floor Construction Pex Plumbing: Pex plumbing can expand 2 times it’s diameter without bursting, has no reaction to sulfur chemicals, and is easy to work with.
2x10 Floor Joists All 2x10 floor joists are spaced16” on center with the plumbing installed in the floor. Webb Truss floors are built 19.2” on center. Built On A Jig: Helps insure a strong, square floor
Double Laminated beams at the center line of each half : Laminated beams are 2.5 times stronger than conventional lumber and add great strength at the center line Double 2x10 Perimeter Rails on other 3 sides: This creates a very solid foundation for your home.
O.S.B. Floor Decking: O.S.B flooring is one of the strongest, most durable decking materials available. It withstands water extremely well and has proven to be superior to other conventional decking products.

Exterior And Interior Wall Construction 2x4 Interior Walls and Mating Walls
Double top plates
All Exterior And Interior Walls Built On A Jig: Insures all walls are square and built exactly 16” on center. Exterior Walls Are 2x6 Lumber: 2x6 walls with sprayed on vapor barrier and double 2x6 top plates. 2x6 walls allow space to
install heavier insulation; Foam Seal helps eliminate screw and nail pops; Double top plates help create a strong, secure roof attachment. Interior Walls and Mating Walls are 2x4 Lumber: 2x4 interior walls and mating walls increase the strength of your home and are Foam Glued to the drywall. This helps eliminate nail or screw pops.
Example of Headers Header and double studding at openings increase strength and the extra 2x6 under the header holds it firmly in place. The opening is strong and square.
LVL Beams (Laminated Veneer Lumber) In High Stress Areas: LVL Beams are 2.5 times stronger (Bending), 1.8 times Header Configuration

stronger (Sheer), and 1.2 times stiffer (Deflection) than regular SPF lumber.
Metal Strapping: Strapping increase stability and adds extra strength.
12-Gauge Copper Wire: 12 gauge wire is used through out and is safer, has a larger capacity and minimizes voltage drop.
Openings in the sidewalls are sealed to help prevent air infiltration.
All Windows are Energy Efficient, Thermopane and help save heating and cooling dollars.
Wall Construction All Exterior Walls Are Covered In O.S.B. Sheathing: O.S.B. sheathing adds strength, stability and seals the home from cold and wind.
All Exterior OSB Walls Are Covered In Wind Wrap: Wind wrap eliminates a large amount of air infiltration, keeps the home warm and saves on heating and cooling bills.
Roof and Ceiling Construction Heavy Duty Rafters: All rafters are manufactured to be extremely strong and durable and will perform a lifetime of dependable service. (5/12 rafter is std on The New Moon and Genesis and optional of the Foundation and Advantage) Important Note: All rafters are Foam glued to the ceiling board which eliminates using screws. Only Hi-Strength drywall is used in the ceiling.
Roof and Ceiling Construction Laminated Veneer Lumber Beams in Roof: All spans use LVL beams. This helps insure there will be no sagging ceilings and creates a very strong structure,
Baffles In The Roof: Baffles in the roof help eliminate ice build up, stained ceilings and mold/mildew. Baffles keep the roof cool in both the summer and winter and help lower heating and cooling costs.
O.S.B. Roof Decking: Creates a very strong, dependable roof that will deliver years of service. 15# Felt Underlayment: Covers the O.S.B. roof decking and helps seal the roof Ice and Water Shield: Installed 3’ up from the edge. Helps eliminate ice and water penetrating the home.
High Quality Shingles: Shingles are attached over the OSB, Felt Paper and the Ice and Water Shield resulting in a high quality, dependable roof.
All Homes Are Built On A Decking Table: Modular Built Homes are built on a flat, level decking table. This helps insure all homes are square and level and will fit correctly on the foundation or basement.
