PREVIEW OF ATLANTIC CITY 2022 It is once again time for CHAMPS Trade Shows yearly migration to the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Like the famous Circus shows and boardwalk Carnivals, CHAMPS will roll in for three days of good times and good sales. This show will mark 11 years in Atlantic City. That’s a long time for anything to last there. They put new boards on the boardwalk more often than that!

After 11 years, we know what to expect. Another kick-ass North-East Regional Show. This is where shops that don’t get out to Vegas for the large national events. However, smaller regional distributors and companies in that area are always busy. Continues On Page 24

PREVIEW OF ATLANTIC CITY 2022 ...CONTINUED Some believe the Atlantic City Crowd is one of the best most loyal buyer crowds when it comes to buyers. Year after year, they come to formerly beautiful and classy Atlantic City Boardwalk, buy, and go home happy.
That crowd grows with each show as if under the spell of the organ grinder monkey. The buyers flock to the coast for CHAMPS Trade Show. While there, I know some foodies like to get out and get some fantastic grub. Here are my top three Dinner Spots:
#1 Kelseys Soul Food! Down home and delicious, this place has a lot of history with CHAMPS! The Glass Games Crew has a yearly meet-up for good food, live music, and a great time. Hit them up for a day and time. Continues On Page 30

What else can you expect in AC? Atlantic City shows are always full of fun and excitement. Let’s start with the Mini-Games Atlantic City Glass Games. Smaller than the big open invite event in Las Vegas but possibly the biggest yearly gathering of glass artists in the Northeast. Continues On Page 52

...CONTINUED This year the games are:
1. Clear Rig: No color, no fume straight clean, clear glass. This game will be an exciting event; you cannot cover up mistakes when you use clear glass. Every little wave in the glass is noticeable. Furthermore, judges will be very critical of these entries. 2. Blow Not Suck!: In this game, the artist must incorporate a check valve in their finished product. This game is a challenging task for some glass artists and will be one to watch and learn the different ways the check valve is used. 3. Tool-less: No tools, Just a Torch, Glass, and the Table… I have tried this one… I failed in making a smokeable piece of art. I made a mangled lump of poop. Good luck on this one to the artists! 4. Favorite Childhood Cartoon: This is my hands-down favorite! Harken back to your childhood sitting on the floor watching cartoons and recreate your favorite! Everyone in the country will be awaiting the finished pieces to buy a piece of history and their childhood in one. The winner of each category will win $1000 and a ticket to the 2023 Masters Event in Las Vegas. There 28 Masters Finalists, will have a chance at winning $20,000 the largest prize money ever given out in a glass competition, a hefty increase from previous years! So, artists, this is the year to join or get back in into the Glass Games if you want a big payday at the end! Atlantic City will be one of the best regional shows the NE Region has ever seen, so be there to live the experience live! 52

THE 420 BUYERS GUIDE TO THE FUTURE It is 4/20, 2033… this all started in 2018 when Trump let Covid spread like wildfire… It caused terrible chain reactions through the universe, yet, here we are. Existence continues… I have, over the years, come to the conclusion we are better off. The pain, suffering, death, and fear brought us to rebuilding, renewing, recycling, and an overall new appreciation for what the solar system provides.

As a species, the human race… occupy Earth, Mars, and multiple orbital communities spreading through the galaxy we know. I am still here on earth. I was too old, stubborn, or scared to leave the old planet behind. It has been a struggle, but here I am, retired to a boat somewhere off the coast of the Key West reef. I tie up in Miami and Tampa for a spell each year to attend agricultural and technology-related events. It helps me keep my boat and equipment up to date. I hit The CHAMPS Trade Federation had a trade center here. These are a few of the things I found. Continues On Page 64

The Munchheisen, When I was young, they had a little baked goods oven called easy-bake-oven… Now it is for adults. 3d printed cookies ready to eat medicated or not. They even have 'em with aspirin, Advil, Benadryl, vaccines, preventative treatments, basically anything you need in medicine served as a cookie. The Kicker here, Smoking the herb through the pipe powers the printer! If there ever was a pipe that got you high and fulfilled your need for munchies, the Munchheisen should be in every survivor kit in Amazon
to whoever it sees first. I did the complete testing on these. They are unique and taste good cooked over open fire or smoked! This is a must-have in the new world. 5 stars for survival.

The final was the newest Xzibit x Napalm X-vape Collaboration. The Atomic Gadget Rig. This thing is epic. It Works on a small solar fission generator. It is equipped with every survival tool needed and an auto dab rig run by nanobots. It makes the dab, then makes a dabber and puts it in its own bucket… The only thing it doesn't do… Yet… Is blow the smoke in your lungs, you have to inhale it yourself to get the whole thing working. The creative design team also went with the retro Inspector Gadget Theme. To start it, you say, "Go-Go Gadget Xperimental Unit" this is also where its name, "G3 X Unit," came from. This is the ultimate survival tool. It can do almost anything, including self-destruct if used by the wrong hands! So everyone in my crew now keeps one safely stowed with them at all times. Modern Technology has really stepped up in the years following the rebuild. Mixing bio with mechanical and physics to create incredible creations. It is a new intergalactic world filled with wonder, we will continue to search out the unique interesting things to bring to you.

Unlike most shops, Elevate is a shop catering to the Glass art world. Created By Artists and catering to artists is their specialty. The full shelves represent 100's if not 1000's of artists and millions of hours on the torch. You name the artist, and they likely have a piece from them. I was really impressed by their selection of pendants a fully worked rigs. From Matt Robertson to Their displays are impeccable, and the shop is so clean! This Gallery is an excellent example of a Glass Gallery Shop. Not only do they have glass, but they make sure to have the accessories and necessities every heady smoker needs.
