CHAMPS Trade Show rolled into the Las Vegas Convention Center, ready for whatever came its way. The team was all-hands-on-deck. Smiles and Staff Shirts were plentiful. Old faces and new faces were happy and excited to help every qualified buyer and Vendor get through the door to make money!

It turns out the excitement was well warranted! CHAMPS Trade Show was the biggest and most attended show ever. With over 2000 booths and over 8000 buyers walking the show floor, every aisle was busy all day, every day!

It was another Star-Studded show full of exciting visitors like Mike Tyson, Snoop Dogg, The Godfather, and the Trailer Park Boys! The exhibitors went all out, bringing famous people from all walks of life: Sports, Music, TV, and Movies.

One of the first places I visited was the Drip Drop Booth. The crew there always has fun and exciting new things in their booth. A CHAMPS Regular and industry-standard, Linda Biggs was there with her new art-inspired trays and pipes! Alongside that were offerings from Kush Cards and their HUSH Kratom Line — such a great set of products.

From there, I headed to the Choice Botanicals Booth to see what they had going on. They have some of the finest Kratom and CBD items on the market. Billy and his team are always welcoming and kind, with big smiles and a genuine interest in the world around them.

I finally landed at one of my oldest friends' and colleagues' booth, Kratomade. David always has the most fun and happy staff in his booth. Their product line is impeccable, and the Kratomade is so good when you need a quick kratom-infused beverage.

When I reached the CHAMPS Glass Games, the Torches were blazing, and the glass was melting. The artist booths were packed Shoulder to Shoulder with buyers scooping up their favorite pieces. I had to stop in to see Isaac at Dopals Opals. He made some amazing CHAMPS-themed Opal C’s. This was to commemorate the 24th Anniversary of the CHAMPS Trade Show, the Opal Anniversary. He is the man to see if you ever need anything from an opal ring to a custom-cut opal.

The glass blowers were in two separate arenas. Each was full of amazing talent. The Glass Games Winner took home $20,000 for 1st Place! It was an amazing two days of Live Glassblowing and a day of the artist setting up their displays. On day four, the judging and winners announcements took place.

As seen on the cover, HOOBS Piece was an epic glass-collecting pirate from the future. Decked out in a hand-mixed white and an amazing orange color. The judges claimed it to be “Nearly Flawless,” an almost perfect execution.

The Glass Games Masters is always a unique and entertaining event. It brings all the previous years winners together to compete for the largest prize of the year. This year, the winner took home $20,000 in cash, prizes, and a full year's worth of bragging rights as Best of CHAMPS Trade Show. This year the theme was "For the Love of Glass."

This year was one of the highest-level contests hosted by the CHAMPS Trade Show. Talent was oozing from every kiln like melted wax down a candle.

The pictures will tell the central part of the story. Unique pieces were completed with very few crashes and burns! Only a few pieces were not completed on time. The latest was Noah from Eternal Glass. His final attachment went south, and he had to fight to the finish to complete a piece.

In the end, after the tally was taken and the amazing judges finalized their choices. The winner was called nearly Flawless.

The top 10 were so close that the team was surprised there was no tie in there.

One of the biggest feats of the show was the Hat Trick Shayla from Windstar glass pulled off. She won Artist Choice and People’s Choice as well as Placed 3rd! She went all out with her Camera based piece with removable slides. It was the first time in memory that someone took home three awards during the Masters Event.

There were some amazing pieces that didn't win and should be looked at! Joe P made a new and inspired multi-alien bong that was indeed a piece I would use. A First-Time Attendee’s Look at CHAMPS Atlantic City

I'm excited to share my upcoming trip to Atlantic City, New Jersey, for the CHAMPS Trade Show at the Atlantic City Convention Center. This premier event brings together professionals from the smoking, glass, Kratom, CBD, and adult toy industries to showcase their latest products and services, attend educational seminars, and network with industry peers.

The CHAMPS Trade Show is a highly anticipated event for professionals in the smoking and glass industry, but it also features other industries such as Kratom, CBD, and adult toys. As a first-time attendee, I'm excited to explore the exhibits and learn about the newest and most innovative products on the market.

The exhibit hall is one of the highlights of the CHAMPS Trade Show. Here, vendors showcase their latest products worldwide, from glass pipes and vaporizers to Kratom, CBD, and adult toys. I'm looking forward to seeing the latest and most innovative products and learning about upcoming trends in these industries.

The news is they also have live glassblowing. We also have artists do this at our store for events, so I am anxious to see what the Glass Games has in store.

A First-Time Attendee’s Look at CHAMPS Atlantic City

When it comes to dining options, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from near the convention center, and on the boardwalk. For lunch, I plan on trying out the Atlantic City Bar and Grill, which is just a short walk from the convention center. For dinner, I've heard great things about Knife & Fork Inn, which is known for its expertly prepared steaks. Another great option is Dock's Oyster House, which is a local favorite and has been serving up fresh seafood for over 100 years.

If I have time to explore the famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, several great dining options are available. Angelo's Fairmount Tavern is a classic Italian restaurant that has been around since 1935 and is known for its traditional Italian dishes and homemade kinds of pasta. Gilchrist Restaurant is a family-owned establishment that has been serving hearty breakfast dishes and fresh seafood for over 70 years.

Overall, I'm excited to attend the CHAMPS Trade Show in Atlantic City and explore the city's dining scene. With so many great options near the convention center and on the boardwalk, I'm sure I'll find some new favorite restaurants on this trip. I also look forward to exploring the exhibit hall and networking with peers in the smoking, glass, Kratom, CBD, and adult toy industries. The CHAMPS Trade Show promises to be an exciting event with something for everyone, and I'm eager to experience all it offers.

Zion Gel Caps

The team at Zion has become one of the clients we call family. They are always smiling and happy at their booth. They might have the music too loud, but they are great guys and gals.

Zion Sent me all their offerings in gel caps to test. I chose to try the Kava Soft Gels first.

The packaging is amazingly vibrant and classy. The designs will draw a lot of attention to your store shelf.

It is a cute recyclable jar with 20 gel caps. Weird sidenote for you, the first and only gel cap I knew existed as a child… FishOil. They were gross when they popped, but you were safe if you had swallowed them before they opened.

Now I always swallow them real fast. I swallowed one of the Kava gel caps right after lunch.

I felt calm and relaxed feelings. I sat back in the office to be productive and creative. It was probably an hour before I got up from writing and realized how good my body felt. I took a moment to take a quick swim. My whole day just felt a little better.

That evening I tried the Platinum Kratom Capsules. Again, they were powerful, and I felt amazing. I have taken a lot of kratom samples lately, and these were definitely some of the best. Quick acting, good quality, and easy to swallow.

I got my package from Jeremy and the team at 1836 so fast I was sure they flew it to me overnight! The thing I have always admired about them was their graphics.

Now I have way more to admire. This company has style and professionalism. A fully branded box arrived just filled with all their product lines.

They were nice enough to fill in the box with a t-shirt, Hat, and other goodies.

It took a lot of work to decide which to test first. After reading the Packaging, I took the Logic Step. Then, I tried Aristotle's Logic and a powdered blend of Kratom and Mushrooms! If you know me, I love a good mushroom tea.

What a good choice. I took a scoop (about a 7th of the package) and dissolved it in some tea water I had prepared. I like to have the best water when I try products like this, as tap water can have a negative effect on the flavors.

I always drink these mixes fast as I do not like the alkaline taste. However, the taste was better than expected.

The overall feeling it gave me was enjoyable.

Lazy Luau. This was definitely my favorite of them all! Stock this one ASAP! The feeling it gave was entirely a new experience. Relaxed yet energized and alert. That is how I would describe this one.

Galaxy Gas

The Crew at SBK sent over their 1 liter Galaxy Gas Vanilla Cupcake flavored N2O Cylinders. They have two amazing ways to use them — whipped Cream and Moonshine infusions. Luckily, I do both!

First, I had to see what they would do when I made whipped cream. Would the flavor be in the cream? I tested the pure gas to see what it tasted like alone. To do this, I used a balloon.

Next, I hooked the tank up to my whipped cream dispenser top and filled the chamber to the line with Heavy Cream. Once fully pressurized, I gave the cream dispenser some swift shakes, and boom, perfect Whipped Cream.

For the alcohol infusion techniques, I brought them to the Moonshine lounge. This is an underground place with some of the best southern moonshines. Today's Flavor was Peachpie and cardamom. I proceeded to hook up the tank to our backwoods constructed infusion tank.

Once I filled it with gas, we let it sit overnight. Bam! Success, the vanilla really popped the flavor. We then brought it down to about 10% abv and bottled some fresh and fizzy, full of N2O bubbles.

I have known the RYOT team since they came on the scene. The crew has sent me a few packages lately. They had no idea I was even doing this review. But here is the thing, I use the Wood GR8TR with Jar Body every day and I think every store in America should carry it!

This is the best grinder in the world for good ole fashion joint rolling. It holds enough for 1-2 joints each time you fill it! The material usually falls right through holes and into the jar. It will leave a few stems in it that will be easy to remove, and most times, when a seed sneaks in, it drops right through for easy retrieval.

For those of you out there that are clumsy… don’t worry. If you break your jar, just use a small jam jar instead, the opening is the exact same, and the grinder fits snugly. I like to use the 8oz ball jam jar. I can pre-grind enough for at least ten of our large joints and keep it fresh and sealed tight in the jar. This is just one of their many excellent products. I would carry their entire line in my shop. They often do epic collabs with companies l ike Chocolate Skate and Playboy!

ZAZA Delta 10

The ZAZA team has been pleasant and on point with their responses. They sent me two disposable vape flavors to test. Green Crack

I do not often use disposable vapes, but I took the opportunity to test these on several short trips to places where I needed to be discreet.

The first was a day trip to the beach with some out-of-town visitors. They were all excited to take part in my little experiment. We each took the flavor we wanted to try and used it all day.

Some of the things people said:

“I don’t know what cereal made this milk, but it’s yummy!”

Everyone was pleased with the overall experience. They reported consistently good feelings and vibes. No one felt any adverse effects unless you call slight hunger and a little facial pain from smiling so much.

The packaging really matched the feelings and vibes we all enjoyed that day.

We all took them with us to an exclusive shopping area as well. We would walk around this place for hours. Their vape was an excellent way to avoid that uncomfortable, not medicated feeling. It avoided having to go find a place to smoke a joint privately.

After a couple of days of use and exploration, we came to the conclusion that these are great products for every shop. Whether you are a smoke shop, an adult shop, or even a clothing boutique, we suggest putting them by your cash register and cashing in on good vibes.

Kraken Kratom from PDX

Kraken Kratom from PDX is one of the top choices out there.

They have so many options and such good products it was hard to decide where to start.

I stepped back to the beginning, the plain Kratom capsules. I can still remember the start of the Kratom industry; people make tea from powdered leaves and drink the whole thing, ground leaf and all! It was not the best tasting but a great way to get the kratom to work fast.

It was a mild and natural feeling, just like in the old days. Some aches were reduced, and a general sense of relaxation.

The next thing I tried from them was the Honey Sticks. Honey is a great way to enjoy Kratom. Sweet and natural!

The next thing I went for was the full-spectrum Extract. This packed a punch I wasn’t ready for. By far one of the best they have. This experience left me with a new appreciation for Kraken Kratom. It comes from the depths and grabs a hold of

VapeGuys Inc.

So today, I got my box from VapeGuys Inc. They sent me some of their favorite items to review. They included a Glass Pipe with an excellent screen bowl bottom, a dry herb vape, a multi-bowl compact travel accessory, and some interesting nicotine pouches. I don’t dip, but I did dip Skoal as a kid in Baseball.

The Juice Head 6mg Nicotine pouches were the first thing I tried. Way better flavor than Skoal, and it didn’t feel like my gums were on fire. I kept it in as long as I would a dip, about an inning and a half.

I knew I had gotten some nicotine, as the effects started fast. I am not a regular smoker; I feel the nicotine when I do it, so it was the same for these.

Next, I was anxious to try the pipe with a glass screen. It was really intriguing. How did the maker get it in there? I took my finest herbs and ground them up in the aluminum grinder they provided. Filled the bowl and lit it up! This thing draws smoothly and cleanly. It was a really good experience.

Now I will tell you about the Dry herb vape, The YoCan Vape. It’s fully adjustable and has an easy-to-read screen. I don’t often use portable vapes, but this one is one I would use. Small, efficient, and agile. I would call it the Isiah Thomas of vapes. I used it for 3 days straight without a single problem.

The last thing I used was the Daypipe by Hamilton Devices. It is a Milled metal multi-bowl pipe that reminds me of a cigar in its shape and a zeppelin in its colors and function. Do you remember the zeppelin pipe? This is thousands of years ahead in that old pipe. I loaded up all of the chambers, threw it in the dash of the Jeep, and took it for a ride. It was a portable unbreakable pipe, perfect for Jeep Off-roading. It flew around the Jeep without spilling a spec and was ready to smoke when I needed it. But, of course, I did have to wipe the mud off…

If I were a shop and this was a sample pack they provided me, I would be happy to do business with them. They also included plenty of useful notepads, pens, a mousepad for the POS station, and even a bottle opener! These guys are super professional and ready for you to order.

Beamer Brand

Beamer Brand products have been reviewed by me a few times. This time, in order to give you a store-level honest and new opinion on their company, I decided to get an order from them just like I was ordering from a store. Their ordering system is amazing and easy to use, and it was a fast, easy way to organize the inventory.

The order showed up about three days later in 2 separate well-packed boxes — heavy stuff nested in one box and lighter stuff in the other.

They provided the print catalog, stickers, t-shirts, and even heavy-duty swag bags. I ordered an array of items to give you a complete Idea of what they carry.

I had to get some of their new small candles. They make great stocking stuffers as well as discreet room odorizers. The price points were also a significant part. With 4oz., 7oz., as well as the big boy 12oz. You got a candle for every customer.

I also got a full selection of their grinders. The whole line looks impressive, from the basic acrylic to the BigBoy airplane aluminum.

You have also heard me talk about their lines of wraps and cones. Some of the best-tasting terpeneinfused items I have ever tasted. You can tell they took time designing the packaging and the flavor profiles.

I was surprised to find the 40 Grand 24k Gold papers and cones. They added those in for me for free. These things are the fancy schmancy, super ballin', flossin' on the haters' type shit. They rolled easily and didn't taste like crap. If Scrooge McDuck rolled joints… he would share these with Richey Rich!

I really enjoy the staff and crew at Beamer, good people, good service, and fast shipping. I suggest every company out there start a relationship with this company. You will grow with them and become like family — the family you love and actually enjoy being around.

Galaxy Gas

4 Score

Guess what? It’s 4 score. If you weren’t aware, a score is 20 of anything. So, if you say, “it’s 4 score,” you're saying, “it's 420.”

The crew over at 4 Score are some of the nicest and easygoing guys you could meet — good business with good profits in mind.

They sent me a bunch of great batteries and chargers to test and report about. They also filled me up with a swag bag, a mouse pad, and a few other useful items.

The batteries were all 510, so I could easily attach carts I had around to them.

The Curve was small and fit in the pocket discreetly. I am more a fan of this style over the pen-style ones. The battery life was shockingly long after a full charge.

I asked myself how do you test a battery? Well… you pull out a multimeter and start testing them all!

One. That’s how many batteries did not actually test as 100% perfect. I am not sure if they pretested them, but they were new sealed packages, so I would have to assume this was normal stock off the shelf.

I also checked all the USB cables to be sure they were up to par. Again, the results were almost perfect. Two of them did not perform 100%, but all of them worked. The statistics were way above what I expected. I usually expect a 10% failure in these. This was like 97.5 percent that worked at 100% capacity and 2.5% that worked sub-optimally.

Great point-of-sale items with high margins are always welcome in my family's stores, so I recommend carrying them.

OCB

OCB sent me their package with an awesome array of papers and even a roller and tray. They included a hat and an extremely soft sweatshirt. They filled the OCB daypack with tons of goodies. The Presentation Was amazing.

When given a chance to chime in about one of the oldest paper brands in the world, I knew I had to take a shot.

I have been smoking joints since high school. If you know me, you have heard the tale of “Cousin Rich, " driving a classic car and rolling a joint with one hand. He’s the “skunkle type” from my childhood. He introduced me to what quality grown herb really was.

He hated my pipes and preferred rolling up a joint no matter who he smoked with. His love of the joint transferred to older Kevin. Youthful Kevin smoked bowls all day. Adult Kevin shares joints with his better half Becca. She is the rolling expert, so I took her word for the rolling characteristic. I will tell you what I thought about the paper smoking characteristics personally.

Let’s start with OCB Brown Rice 1/14 + tips

Very nice texture for rolling once the corner was locked in it was clear sailing. Tip size is essential, and the included tips fit us well.

First, we ground up some of the best full-flavored herbs I had. I really like the taste. So, we would first smoke a clean bowl of it. This gives you the taste of just the herb.

Once macerated and prepared, the smell was amazing. Becca skillfully rolled up a hooter for us. We like ‘em big, usually about 2.5 grams. Will the taste of the paper ruin the flavor of this terpy herb?

Now I know why old heads swear by traditional rice paper. They were correct. I can barely taste the difference between Straight Herb and this joint. This might have just won me over from my regular supplier.

Next, we will delve into Bamboo. Years ago, a company I worked with had a line of athletic wear that was 50% Bamboo. I was a skeptic… the most comfortable sports clothing line ever.

Bamboo Papers… Will it transfer over to smoking papers?

We tried the slims. When it came to rolling, they were easy and smooth. Slightly different texture but is still easy to maneuver.

In a word, “YES” Again, super thin, with very low flavor transfer. Another sustainable winner.

Trinity Hemp Disposable

For some reason, the name Trinity rings in my brain when I hear it. Likely it's the matrix reaching out to me from my subconscious.

They sent a full array of different vapes and flavors.

I started with the Beast all-in-one model. It was a Grape Goji OG Flavor vape. The taste was super pleasant to inhale and very

The way it makes you feel is really nice. They promote this to people who are heavier smokers. It has a whole load of differing cannabinoids and packs a strong punch.

Definitely a unique experience. I could really feel the head change with this. Most disposables are just OK for maintaining discreetly. These, well, they really worked at changing my mood and vibe.

The next day I went straight to the HHC Beast in the Strawnanna Flavor. Again, the taste was on point and better than most—a slight change in the head but a nice clear feeling without any distractions. I was not overwhelmed and didn't have any ill effects.

I finished my tests with the Delta 10 XL Vape. These things are just as flavorful as the Beast. The overall feeling was stronger than the HHC vape but did not compare to the all-in-one effect.

URB Sent me some new exciting items. The Magic Amanita Mushroom Gummies, Delta 8 Gummies, and a sweet-tasting 3g Watermelon vape.

It was around 11 am, so I thought it would be best to try the Watermelon Vape first. Pleasant taste and worked great. Left me with a nice feeling. I wasn’t knocked out, but I could tell it worked. I threw it in my pocket so I could test it for the day. It worked all day perfectly. It hit on the beach or in the car with nice full hits every time.

That night I decided to try the Live Resin THC Gummies. I eat gummies before bed very often for an increased quality of sleep. These worked perfectly! When it comes to the odor of smoking, there is really not one great answer. There are two great answers from Smoke Odor, Candles and Sprays. They sent me the newest scent to review. The first smell gave me the munchies like no tomorrow. The scent Name: Munchies!

I had them on my table when a few friends visited from Ohio. I always have some candles, papers, and different things companies send me in the closet by the front door. I often open the door and invite them to take whatever they like.

I had not even taken the picture, and everyone was asking to take home the Munchies as they munched on freshly baked muffins from our local muffin spot. No one could pinpoint the exact “Munchie.” Some said smores, others cinnamon toast, I was solidly in the cinnafrenchtoastedsmoremchocolatey category…

With tablets and extract in the package, I went straight for the extract.

This is actually one of my all-time favorite ones. The liquid extract acts fast, and once you get over the taste, you will be pleasantly surprised at the feeling it gives you.

It is very relaxing, and it feels euphoric — a nice feeling to have.

The team at Drip Drop sent me three products to test and discuss. There are some fancy pre-rolled cones, a Glass Steamroller in a well-decorated box and tray combo, and a neat Aluminum down stem bowl combo.

I have a motto, always start the review with smoking, so I packed a Beautiful Burns cone and got to work.

So many patterns to choose from that I ended up going with a random choice, camouflage.

They were easy packing even burning, and the paper didn’t spoil the herb's flavor. I particularly liked the metallic tips. It felt really fancy on my lips, and I may have even done a penguin laugh while holding one.

Now that my head was straight, I got straight to the steamroller.

I’ve been smoking herb for a long time, and the steamroller is a classic old-school item every shop should have. The fancy tin box with a snap-on tray top was really an excellent addition and made it easy to pack the bowl.

The mouthpiece had an excellent design with an inverted cone to help prevent ash from going down your windpipe. I took some time to look at the incredible art on the box and was totally surprised by the quality.

Atomic 13 - Bowl and Downstem

This last item needed something to make them work. So I had to dig out a Waterpipe so that it would fit. The stem was multiple pieces so that it could fit multiple pipes. The bowl had a fantastic screen, really well designed.

Definitely a durable replacement for a glass down stem and bowl. You can also use these in DIY bongs of all sorts. I went to my local grocer and got the most enormous melon I could find. I made a hole big enough to get my immersion blender tip inside. You can just mash the insides with it, creating a frothy and sweet juice inside. Once hollow, you drill a hole with a paring knife, then shove the stem in at an angle so that the bottom is in the open hollowed-out area. Put in your favorite herb and smoke away. I also used a drill and a coconut so you could see its true versatility.

This thing worked great! It was a super fun time making fruit bongs again. It brought me back to my college days.
