The copper facade and interior allows guests to age with the space and its inhabitants. Life is displayed and performed here to be a reminder for the value of time and humanity.

lead the development of the Regulatory panel (Far Left) which reveals codes for height restrictions and standards, fire exits, and maximum guest capacity per level for the street and surrounding area.
