Recent updates to the EMS chart process now include CR288 follow-up response requirements and additional information when CR288 is requested. By selecting “yes” to the question “Is CR follow-up needed for patient/family member/witness?”, a ripple effect occurs, starting with an automatic notication received by CR288 staff to initiate a follow-up call within 24-48 hours *Do not use this notication method if CR288 is needed on scene or is already on scene.
