23 FAMILY TIME TOGETHERHOOD® The Y’s Togetherhood® community service projects are unique opportunities for parents and children to grow as a family while serving our community. By becoming Volunteers with the Y, families create lasting memories, share their unique talents, and help bring about meaningful lasting changes right in their own neighborhoods. Community service projects are offered throughout the year. BIRTHDAY PARTIES (AGES 3 - 12) Grab all the friends you can find and party down at the Y! You’ll have full use of the Adventure Zone where there’s never a dull moment. T-shirt, invitations, decorations and choice of party theme colors are included in the fee. Reservations must be made in advance and only weekend parties are available. PARENT’S NIGHT/DAY OUT (AGES 3 - 12) Parent’s Night Day Out and Parent’s Day Out are unique in that these are the only programs where you can drop your child off on select Saturdays and actually leave the facility! During each event hosted by our staff, children enjoy a pizza dinner, watch a movie on the big screen and play and interact with their peers. Anyone in our community is eligible to sign up and participate. FATHER DAUGHTER DANCE Create memories that will last a lifetime at the Ventura YMCA’s Father Daughter Dance. This is a magical evening designed to build and strengthen the relationship between a father and his daughter. There is no age minmum or maximum for this event and it’s open to the community.
