YMCA SPORTS CAMPS
$245 for members; $275 for non-members Each week will be centered around sports, teamwork, and developing individual skills. Campers will be participating in a variety of sports: soccer, basketball, tennis, and other field games. Campers will share in character development and compete in a variety of fun games and competitions.
COUNSELOR IN TRAINING (CIT)
Fees: $80/week The Counselor In Training Program is designed to give youth an opportunity to support YMCA Camp programs. Participants must complete an interview process and be selected to take part in this learning experience. Participants will assist counselors in the daily duties, complete service learning projects, and help coordinate camp events. Participants will receive volunteer hours for their time spent in the program. Each participant must attend a CIT training to participate in the summer program.

YOUTH OVERNIGHT CAMP July 21 – 26 Youth and Teen Camps Youth: Ages 9 - 12 Teen: Ages 13 - 17 Fee: $930 In Sleepaway Camp at Lake Sequoia, adventure time is always on. In this program, campers are immersed outdoors, staying in cabins during the night and exploring nature throughout the day. Activities include hiking, sports, crafts, and recreational water activities. Campers will come home with an adventurous spirit and new friends.
CIT Camp
Age 17
Fee: $465
The Counselor in Training Program teaches teens the job skills necessary to be a counselor and strong employee. The camp environment provides a unique opportunity for teens to build leadership skills, particularly in assisting counselors with younger campers. Counselors in Training (CITs) are provided first-hand experience working with campers and the opportunity to cultivate skills and knowledge in the away camp setting. CITs are selected through an application and interview process. Space is limited to 10 participants. To apply, interested teens must register online and pay the camp deposit. If the camper is not selected the YMCA will refund the deposit made. Transportation to Youth Overnight Camp departs from Ventura Family YMCA, 3760 Telegraph Road, Ventura, CA 93003. FAMILY CAMP SEQUOIA August 3 – 9 Enjoy a week-long adventure for the entire family that promises to be filled with new experiences and fun. Your family will enjoy hiking, swimming, canoeing, rock climbing, fishing, campfires, paddle boarding, or just reading and relaxing. Price includes six nights lodging, meals, morning kid’s camps, arts and crafts, campfires, YMCA Rag Program, and more. The fees below include a space for four campers.
