“I started spinning at the Y about 20 years ago after moving to Santa Ynez Valley. It was an invaluable way to integrate into the community, meet moms with young children, and stay healthy. My children participated in many programs, including 3rd Grade Learn to Swim, which was a blast! About 10 years ago I became certified as a yoga teacher and have been teaching at the Y ever since. I’ve connected with a precious community of yogis and have so much joy sharing what I love.
