Chris joined the YMCA when he was just beginning his journey into adulthood. With bills to pay on an entry-level salary, Chris had little time or finances to dedicate to his own mental and physical health. It wasn’t until he sought out help from the YMCA that he was able to find a community and started devoting time and energy to his wellbeing.
