A certified personal trainer will lead the group program that includes cardiovascular workouts, endurance training, muscular strength, flexibility and interval training. PRIVATE SWIM Providing consistency, reliability, and getting results is the hallmark of our private lesson program. Whether you are a fearful beginner, need stroke refinement, or even want to work on your speed, we have an instructor for you.

All ages are welcome. Includes three - 30 minute sessions. Our instructors will personalize their teachings to meet you or your child’s needs. You may register for private lessons at https://channel.recliquecore.com/ or at the Welcome Center.
