THE HTC CENTER MAP
THE HTC CENTER INFORMATION
The gates to The HTC Center open 60 minutes prior to tipoff and close 30 minutes after the end of the game. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The HTC Center security personnel have the right to inspect any item at any time to ensure the safety of spectators, officials and competitors. To ensure all fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to The HTC Center, the following items are not permitted in the arena: • Backpacks/Oversized bags/Purses that exceed 17”x12”x10” • Weapons of any kind, including those carried with a permit • Apparel or signage displaying profane or abusive language • Laser lights, strobe lights and pointers • Fireworks/Explosives • Coolers/Thermoses/Flasks • Video cameras/Tripods • Flags and flag poles/Unauthorized banners • Illegal drugs • Umbrellas • Outside food or drink • Animals (except service animals) • Strollers • Artificial noise makers • Alcoholic beverages
BANNERS
Banners must be approved prior to display in The HTC Center. Student banners must be approved prior to game day by the Office of Student Activities and Leadership, and the Department of Athletics. Banners may not cover existing signs inside the arena.
DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS
Coastal Carolina University is dedicated to assisting all people with disabilities or special needs. Wheelchair seating is located on court level. For additional information, please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 843-347-8499.
THE HTC CENTER INFORMATION
LOST AND FOUND
The HTC Center lost-and-found is located in the Department of Public Safety office, located in the main concourse across from the Student Recreation Center.
MERCHANDISE
The Coastal Carolina University Bookstore – The Chanticleer Store – is located inside The HTC Center, and will be open one hour prior to the start of the game and will remain open throughout the game.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located in the main concourse across from the Student Recreation Center, and in both side hallways.
SMOKING IN THE HTC CENTER
In conformity with the South Carolina Clean Indoor Air Act of 1990 and to protect the health and safety of Coastal Carolina University students, faculty, staff and visitors, smoking or the possession of lighted smoking material in any form is allowed only in designated smoking areas of the campus. Other than in the designated areas, smoking is prohibited in buildings and outdoor areas.
SOLICITATION
Solicitation or distribution by persons other than employees or students of the University on official University business is prohibited in The HTC Center and throughout campus. University employees and students must receive approval from the Office of University Communication for all solicitation that takes place at Coastal Carolina University athletic events. Banners, fliers, pamphlets or any other paraphernalia will be disposed of by game-day security, and solicitors will be escorted off the premises. Distribution of political information is a violation of the solicitation policy of Coastal Carolina University and is prohibited. The selling of any item by anyone other than University-authorized personnel on the campus of Coastal Carolina University, including parking lots, is prohibited. STADIUM SECURITY/USHERS
Uniformed police and event security personnel are located throughout The HTC Center and surrounding parking lots. Requests for assistance in The HTC Center should be directed to event staff or security personnel.

In an effort to enhance the safety of our students, faculty, staff and fans at Coastal Carolina University sporting events, we are asking all spectators to be particularly alert and conscious of your surroundings. If you see something out of the ordinary while on campus on game day or in the arena, please notify a member of the CCU Department of Public Safety, event staff personnel or athletic department game day staff immediately. GAMEDAY PARKING INFORMATION
DONOR RESTRICTED LOTS
Members of the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation who donate at the Teal and Bronze level or higher and purchase men’s basketball season tickets will have reserved parking in the donor-restricted lots adjacent to The HTC Center and the Sands Hall (Post Office) Lot across from The HTC Center. New for the 2014-15 basketball season, an additional TEAL Lot has opened to provide increased preferred priority parking. TEAL LOT WEST is located directly off Founders Drive (same Teal Lot as prior years) TEAL LOT EAST is located directly in front of Eaglin Hall and accessed from Chanticleer Drive Please refer to the map to the right for lot locations and access – park in the lot noted on your parking pass. Parking in either Teal Lot is now first-come, first-served with NO ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE NUMBER (please disregard number in parking spaces). Also, please note there are certain reserved spaces in some areas of the Teal Lots which will be clearly marked. Please DO NOT park in signidentified reserved spaces. For entry into the donor-restricted lots, a parking hangtag must be displayed in the front windshield of the vehicle. Entrance to the donor-restricted lots is available via Founders Drive.
GENERAL PARKING LOTS
All lots on campus other than the designated donor restricted or student parking lots are accessible for spectator parking on game day based on availability beginning two (2) hours prior to the start of the game. Please note that general parking lots will be shared with faculty/staff and students during weeknight games and are subject to availability.
STUDENT PARKING
Coastal Carolina University students attending basketball games are permitted to park in the lots on the northeast side of the residence halls.
HANDICAP PARKING
Handicap parking spaces are located in the donor-restricted lot adjacent to The HTC Center and between The HTC Center and the residence halls. Handicap parking tags are required to park in any of these spaces, which are available on a on a first-come, first-served basis. To enter the donor-restricted lot adjacent to The HTC Center for handicap parking, providing there are handicap spaces open, a handicap parking tag must be visible to the attendant. To access the handicap parking spaces on the north side of The HTC Center, turn from Chanticleer Drive toward the residence halls.

TICKETING INFORMATION
GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at www.GoCCUSports.com/tickets. The final page for ticket purchasing provides an option to print the ticket at home to avoid waiting in line at Will Call. Call the Athletics Ticket Office at 843-347-8499 with any questions. Single-game tickets for all women’s home games are $5 for the general public, $4 for CCU faculty/ staff and $3 for youth (18 and under). Prices for single-game tickets for men’s home games are $15 for Teal ($12 faculty/staff), $12 for Bronze ($9 faculty/staff), $10 for Fan Zone ($8 for faculty/staff) and $8 for youth (18 and under). The ticket booth located at Gate 1 at the HTC Center will open one hour prior to tipoff. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth beginning one hour prior to tipoff until halftime.
SEASON TICKET CARDS
Basketball Season Ticket Cards have replaced traditional ticket stock for season ticket holders. The Season Ticket Cards will be scanned for entrance to The HTC Center. If your Season Ticket Card is lost, please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 843-347-8499.
STUDENT TICKET SYSTEM
Students are able to reserve their tickets online by going to TicketReturn.com/CCU; the tickets will then be loaded on the student’s University ID (CINO card) instead of producing a paper ticket. Students will have to bring their ID to the game and have the card swiped to enter The HTC Center. The student entrance gate is located at Gate 3, located on the backside of The HTC Center near the residence halls. If a student has a ticket loaded onto their CINO card in advance, the student may enter at any gate on gameday.
TICKETING INFORMATION TEAM PASS GATE
The Coastal Carolina and the visiting team pass lists are at Gate 1 (the main entrance into The HTC Center) on the southeast corner.
WILL CALL
Will Call is located in the south ticket booth beside Gate 1 on the southeast corner of The HTC Center. Anyone who has purchased tickets by telephone or online without taking advantage of the printing at home feature will be able to pick up their tickets at Will Call.

Coastal Carolina University will set the standard in the Big South Conference and develop a reputation nationally for the exemplary sportsmanship demonstrated by our student-athletes, coaches, staff members and spectators. We expect everyone attending or competing in an event – at home or on the road – to display the highest standards of responsible sportsmanship toward student-athletes, coaching and support staff members, game officials, and among fans to make athletic events involving the Chanticleers safe, wholesome and enjoyable for all in attendance. With the Big South Conference and its member institutions, Coastal Carolina University is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans. When competing in or attending an athletic event, everyone is required to refrain from the following: • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature. • Use of foul or abusive language or obscene gestures. • Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects onto the playing surface). • Failure to follow instructions of event personnel. • Verbal or physical harassment of participants, officials, fans or event personnel. Event staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event attendees who violate these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future events.
