ADA-ACCESSIBLE PARKING
The parking lot adjacent to Springs Brooks Stadium contains the required number of ADA-accessible parking spaces. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis for individuals with official state-issued ADA placards. Access to these spaces does not require ANY fee or additional donation to the CAF. Once spaces are filled, parking attendants will direct individuals to an alternative location; however, patrons will be allowed to enter the parking lot to access designated ADA-accessible drop-off zones. Once individual(s) are dropped off, patrons will be required to relocate their vehicle to a general parking lot. ADA-accessible shuttle transportation is provided from Lot YY and Lot GG to the Chauncey Statue at the entrance to the TD Sports Complex. In the event of inclement weather in the proximity of Springs Brooks Stadium, public address announcements will be made to update fans on the situation. Should a lightning strike occur within 8 miles of the stadium, play will be stopped. Play will resume 30 minutes after the last strike occurs within the 8-mile radius. During weather delays, fans are encouraged to exit the seating area and seek shelter. Once the ALL CLEAR is determined, fans can return to the stadium and the game will be resumed following a brief team warm-up.

Tickets can be purchased a variety of ways for CCU baseball games at Springs Brooks Stadium.

4 On game day: You can purchase a ticket 90 minutes
prior to first pitch at the ticket booth at Springs Brooks Stadium (Gate 2).
Will call is available at the ticket booth at Springs Brooks Stadium (Gate 2) beginning 90 minutes prior to first pitch. A picture ID is required to pick up tickets. Current CCU students must present CINO Card for entry. All seats at Springs Brooks Stadium are assigned. Grass berms and the boardwalk are general admission seating. ADA-accessible seating is available throughout the ballpark. One of the great features of Springs Brooks Stadium is the ability to view the game from anywhere in the ballpark. The facility is ADAaccessible with handicapped and wheelchair seating located along the concourse level. Out of courtesy to season ticket holders, wheelchair patrons and others with mobility issues, a no-standing zone has been created for those seated on the last row along the stadium concourse. We appreciate your cooperation in making this seating area accessible at all times. For additional information, please contact the Athletics

Tournament games played at TicketReturn.com Field at Pelicans Ballpark will be ticketed events. All seats will be general admission, and some sections of the ballpark may not be available for seating. Fans can contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 843-347-8499 with any questions about purchasing tickets. In the event of game cancellations, purchased tickets may be redeemed for another home game of your choice by contacting the Athletic Ticket Office at 843-347-8499. If a game has been rescheduled, purchased tickets will be valid for the date of the rescheduled game.

CCU player guest and visiting team player guest tickets are available at Springs Brooks Stadium (Gate 4) 90 minutes prior to first pitch.

All stadium gates will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.

Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entry.

The first aid station is located on the concourse directly behind home plate. If assistance is needed, contact the nearest event ushers/staff for directions to the first aid facility. The medical facility is equipped and staffed as a limited first-aid treatment station.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
In order to expedite entry and provide a safe and secure environment for our fans, student-athletes, staff and officials, Coastal Carolina University athletics implemented a Clear Bag Policy for all ticketed events effective August 2017. 2 Complimentary parking with shuttle – (yellow on map) The lot located between Springs Brooks Stadium (baseball) and Brooks Stadium (football) will be a restricted lot for all home CCU baseball game days coordinated by the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation (CAF). These parking passes are obtained based on your donation level to the CAF. More information is available by calling the CAF at 843-349-6670. ADA-accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary parking options are available. Fans can park off S.C. 544 (Lot YY) and off of U.S. 501 (Lot GG). ADA-accessible shuttles will make a loop approximately every 10 minutes to and from the TD Sports Complex entrance.
GENERAL PARKING LOTS
All lots on campus other than the designated donor-restricted or student parking lots are accessible for spectator parking on game day based on availability beginning two hours prior to the start of the game. Please note that general parking lots will be shared with faculty/staff and students during weekday games and are subject to availability. University parking regulations remain in effect until 5 p.m.

NO RE-ENTRY POLICY
To ensure a safe and more secure environment for everyone at Springs Brooks Stadium, re-entry will not be allowed once you have left the stadium. Keeping our fans, coaches, student-athletes and officials safe and secure on game day is of the highest priority.
SOLICITATION AND DISTRIBUTION POLICY
Solicitation or distribution by persons other than employees or students of the University on official University business is prohibited in Springs Brooks Stadium and throughout campus. University employees and students must receive approval from the Office of University Communication for all solicitation that takes place at Coastal Carolina University athletic events. Banners, flyers, pamphlets or any other paraphernalia will be disposed of by game-day security, and solicitors will be escorted off the premises. Distribution of political information is a violation of the solicitation policy of Coastal Carolina University and is prohibited. The selling of any item by anyone other than Universityauthorized personnel on the campus of Coastal Carolina University is prohibited. Alcohol will be sold at all home baseball games held at Springs-Brooks Stadium o Alcohol will NOT be sold at Weekday (Monday-Friday) games that begin before 4 pm Alcohol sales will start 30 minutes prior to scheduled first pitch time o If the first pitch is schedule for 4 pm on a weekday (Monday – Friday) alcohol sales will not begin until 4 pm Alcohol sales will end at the conclusion of the 7th inning stretch If multiple games are being played on the same day the following schedule will be used: o Alcohol sales will start 30 minutes prior to the scheduled first pitch of the first game o Alcohol sales will end at the conclusion of the 7th inning stretch of the first game o Alcohol sales will resume being sold 30 minutes prior to the announced first pitch time of the second game o Alcohol sales will end at the conclusion of the 7th inning stretch of the second game o The rules for the second game will be applied to all subsequent games after the first game of the day Patrons who wish to purchase alcohol, MUST be wearing a specific designated wristband that can only be obtained by showing valid identification at designated ID Check location(s) at the stadium o In the case that there are multiple games being played on a single day, a single designated wrist band will be valid for the entire day and not for individual games o Only ONE wristband will be issued per patron per day Patrons will be limited to one alcoholic beverage per person per transaction with a maximum of four total alcoholic beverages per person per game Patrons may return to their seats to consume their beverages The University’s contracted food service provider, currently Aramark, is the only company allowed to sell alcohol at the facility. o An Aramark employee that is also a currently enrolled Coastal Carolina University student will NOT be allowed to sell alcohol at an intercollegiate athletic event at a Coastal Carolina University facility. No hard liquor will be sold at Springs-Brooks Stadium for intercollegiate athletic events. The University and the University’s contracted food service provider, currently Aramark, have the right to refuse to serve any patron A NO re-entry policy for all ticketed athletic events has been implemented.
