A speaker with a wooden replica of decorative film on a vibrationally unfavorable simple cabinet case doesn’t fit with a high-quality device. An encounter with the chario Pegasus from northern Italy proves that an affordable loudspeaker can be fantastically sophisticated. The inclined connoisseur can choose from fashionable high-gloss lacquer, 100 abrasive coatings in current furniture colors or again in a more noble fancier (and a little bit more expensive) version in shimmering velvety matt coating plus cheeks in cherry or walnut. The side panels are then not just superficially "real" ( only veneerd ), but solid through and through. The woods are lively textured but acting unobtrusive. Compared with a piano finish here is the advantage that you can not directly see any scratches or fingerprints.
