who we are The brainchild of Andrea and Jeff; nerds, travel enthusiasts, style aficionados, best friends, and partners in both business, shenanigans, and life in general. This idea came to us on a trip through the Balkans in the fall of 2015, while wandering along the coastal hills of a seaside village on a tiny Croatian Island in the Adriatic Sea. Everywhere you walked there was an array of fruit trees, flowers, and herb bushes; the aromas were absolutely intoxicating. Bergamots, lemons, limes, pomegranates, oranges, and grapefruit. Herbaceous rosemary, oregano, mint, thyme, and sage. And let's not forget your stereotypical Mediterranean fare: grapes, and olives. All of this produces one hell of a recipe for success! A few days later we were walking out of our homestay in Dubrovnik when we were greeted with the same pleasing aromas and we thought… why can’t we bottle this smell? Oh wait, we can! Our love for candles, travel, and all things tasty and aromatic spawned this grande idea to launch a candle company with nostalgia at the heart of our ethos. Why couldn’t we replicate this very feeling from a number of different experiences? We started this venture with one goal in mind: to provide candles that are elegantly crafted, décor-inspired, distinctively fragrant, with the central thesis of creating an air of nostalgia. Maybe you long for the French Riviera (that’s us) or the beaches of Thailand, the vineyards of Italy or the streets of Paris. Or perhaps its your favourite café, floral shop, greenhouse, or your mahogany-draped, leather-wrapped, rum- and cigar-soaked study at your Dad's. Maybe it's - transport you there through the garden, or grandma's kitchen! Whatever you desire, we aim to our olfactory experience. Recently this passion for fragrance has broadened our horizons into a passion for clean living and overall self-care, which launched the Skin, Bath side of our brand.

our product Not just candles anymore! We’ve expanded on our philosphies to bring you a clean beauty and self-care line for everyday use. We aim to provide a healthy mix of luxury and whimsy, so as to remove the stuffiness that is typical of true luxury products. People of all walks of life want nice things, and we look to fill that niche in the middle. We also pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking, and ecologically-conscious company producing a green product, but without seeming green on the outside. Green doesn’t have to look or feel granola. All of our Skin + Bath products are produced in small batches and hand-poured, using only the finest ingredients this Earth has produced. Nothing is scented for the sole sake of fragrance, and we use organic wherever we can. Every product has been extensively tested and honed to creatae the most impactful recipe. No filler oils are used to dilute a blend or reduce our costs; we’re solely concerned with good, clean ingredients that serve a purpose. All products are packaged in glass where possible, to reduce the amount of plastic potentially ending up back in the ground someday. When we do use plastic, it’s recyclable. At the end of the day you are in this skin for life, so why not take care of it and ensure it’s being fed nothing but gold. With that said, clean beauty and skincare should be accessible to everyone, so we’ve kept the price down for all to benefit and enjoy.

This ancient ocean-bed salt contains a list of minerals not typically seen or experienced by the body, and most of us aren’t aware that the majority of the body’s minor ailments can be attributed to magnesium deficiency! wholesale terms Ordering Minimum Opening Order $300.00. Minimum Reorder: $150. See Linesheet for all minimums and tester pricing. Minimums are applied across all brand lines collectively. Payment should be made when order is placed by credit card or Interac Email Transfer, in order to avoid delays in processing and shipment. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing, though orders are typically shipped within 3-5 days of receiving order and payment. Territory Protection It is the right of Charleston + Harlow to protect the territory of our authorized retailers. We do not want your market saturated with our skin care line, for that would make it difficult for each retailer to maintain minimum order and sales levels, and to be happy with the level of sales achieved with our products. In order to be considered for dedicated protected status a retailer must maintain an order level of $1,000 in a 6-month period. We reserve the right to limit or alter the protection zone in growing markets.
Product Storage Store in a cool, dry, dark location, and be sure not to display product in direct sunlight or near a heat source. All Skin + Bath products have a shelf-life indicator on the back label, and most are 12-24 months and beyond. Indemnity Charleston & Harlow retains all rights to the packaging, product, and branding of our products at all times. As a retailer it is your responsibility to ensure this isn’t compromised in any fashion. Product must be sold as the Charleston + Harlow brand unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by our wholesale department.
