Thereafter, the Mortgage was assigned to the Plaintiff by assignment dated February 9, 2023 and recorded on March 8, 2023 in Book 1167 at Page 183., and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of Charleston, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, together with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Town of Mount Pleasant, County of Charleston, State of South Carolina, located in Rivertowne and shown and designated as Lot 49, Rivertowne, Phase 4, Section 3, Tract 2, on a plat entitled “Final Subdivision Plat of Phase 4, Section 3, Tract 2, Rivertowne, owned by: D.R. Horton, Town of Mt. Pleasant, Charleston County, South Carolina”, prepared by Thomas and Hutton Engineering Co., dated May 17, 2002, and recorded August 16, 2002, in the RMC Office for Charleston County in Plat Book EF Pages 831 and 832. Said lot having such size, shape, dimensions, buttings and boundings as will by reference to said plat more fully appear. Together with all and singular, the rights, members, hereditaments and appurtenances to the said premises belonging or in anywise incident of appertaining.
