The main principles and aims of the Quality Management System are regulated by the Quality Policy as follows: 1. Describing the company organizing methods for all activities needed to carry out the service requested by the client; 2. Planning original solutions through the research and analysis of the best materials available on the market; 3. Making a thorough selection of outsourcing suppliers used to make quality furnishings and finishes; 4. Performing continuous controls on the projects made by outsourcing suppliers; 5. Together with furnishing companies, develop partnerships and collaborations to accomplish innovative solutions; 6. Systematically monitor the degree of satisfaction of the clients the results of which, in time, will reach the highest quality adherent to Confindustria Verona level; adherent to Confindustria Verona adherent to Confindustria Verona 7. Computerize the management of company activities through sector specific software; 8. Collaborate and inform the company personnel about the company policies, by favouring their participation in the work methodologies; 9. Ensure an open dialogue with the clients by giving a continuous assistance solving the queries, problems and solutions aimed at the full satisfaction of the clients themselves. The execution of the above company policy principles is guaranteed via the use of the following tools: a) development of documents providing the rules for managing and controlling the processes connected with the service offered and the environmental aspects; b) the efficient management of working tools and equipment in order to ensure the safety of workers; c) the continuous conforming to the growing social and legal needs in the field of privacy protection, anticipating these needs where possible, through a suitable planning of the activities and enterprises in the above fields; d) the propagation, inside the company, of the knowledge about the issues concerning the protection of “confidential” and security data as well as of the relevant technical-organizing disciplines; e) the constant information to the relevant authorities, of the issues about data treatment and security; f) The execution of periodical reviews and updates of the aims and procedures through control systems (Audits and reports) allowing to assess the performances, to re-examine and conform the policy, its relevant aims and programs. g) The training and awakening of all employees and their work, through instructional and updating activities about the importance of processes and the effect of their results on the client, so that they can operate responsibly and consciously. The application of the company policy is also carried out via the determination and formalization, through unexpected re-examinations by the Management, of the specific aims quantified and measurable for all levels, company functions and processes deemed strategic by our Organization. Besides the above policy, our Organization also regulates all the rights, obligations and responsibilities expressly taken with the clients it interacts with, when working.

I principi generali e la finalità del Sistema di Gestione qualità sono dettati dalla Politica per la qualità di seguito enunciata: 1. Definire le metodiche di organizzazione aziendale, per tutte le attività necessarie alla realizzazione del servizio richiesto dal cliente; 2. Progettare soluzioni innovative, attraverso la ricerca e l’analisi dei migliori materiali disponibili sul mercato; 3. Effettuare una accurata selezione dei fornitori in outsourcing, utilizzati per la realizzazioni di arredi e complementi di qualità; 4. Effettuare controlli continuativi sui progetti realizzati a cura di fornitori in outsourcing; 5. Sviluppare, con le case produttrici di arredi, rapporti di partnership e di collaborazione, per la realizzazione di soluzioni innovative; 6. Monitorare sistematicamente il grado di soddisfazione della clientela, i cui risultati, nel tempo, dovranno configurarsi al livello d’eccellenza; 7. Informatizzare la gestione delle attività aziendali, attraverso software specifici di settore; 8. Collaborare e informare il personale aziendale delle politiche aziendali, promuovendo la partecipazione e la condivisione delle metodiche di lavoro; 9. Assicurare un dialogo aperto con i clienti, offrendo continua assistenza nella soluzione di quesiti, problemi e soluzioni, orientate alla piena soddisfazione dei clienti stessi. Il soddisfacimento dei principi dichiarati nella politica aziendale, è garantito attraverso l’utilizzo dei seguenti strumenti: a) Lo sviluppo di documentazione, che fornisca le regole per la conduzione ed il controllo dei processi, correlati al servizio offerto ed agli aspetti ambientali; b) la gestione efficiente dei mezzi di lavoro ed impianti, al fine di assicurare la sicurezza dei lavoratori; c) l’adeguamento continuo, alle crescenti esigenze sociali e legislative nel campo della tutela della privacy, precorrendole ove possibile, mediante un’adeguata pianificazione delle attività e delle iniziative in tali campi; d) la diffusione, all’interno dell’azienda, della conoscenza delle problematiche della tutela dei dati “riservati”, della sicurezza e delle relative discipline tecnico-organizzative; e) la costante informazione agli organi preposti, sulle tematiche di trattamento e sicurezza dei dati; f) L’effettuazione di periodiche revisioni, aggiornamenti degli obiettivi e delle procedure attraverso i sistemi di controllo (Audit e report), che consentano di valutare le prestazioni, di riesaminare e adeguare la politica, i relativi obiettivi e programmi. g) L’istruzione e la sensibilizzazione, attraverso attività d’addestramento e aggiornamento, di tutti i collaboratori interni, relativamente alle mansioni svolte, all’importanza dei processi e dell’effetto dei risultati sul cliente, in modo che essi operino responsabilmente e consapevolmente. L’applicazione della politica aziendale si attua anche attraverso la definizione e formalizzazione, in sede di riesame della Direzione, a cadenze variabili, di obiettivi specifici, quantificati e misurabili per ogni livello, funzione aziendale e processo ritenuto strategico dalla nostra Organizzazione. Oltre alla politica sopra enunciata, la nostra Organizzazione regola il complesso di diritti, doveri e responsabilità, assunti espressamente nei confronti dei propri interlocutori con i quali interagisce nello svolgimento della propria attività.
