The 6-10 exhibit is themed around the symbiotic relationship between clownfish and sea anemones. This under the sea experience exposes children to real live fish in our very own tide pool and gives them opportunities to climb and move around throughout the space. Interactive spots on the floor give children patterns to follow while socializing and improving cognitive skills.

NEXT is a leading producer in robotics, specializing in creating products to help with everyday tasks for YOU. Their new research and development hub in Boston, Massachusetts aims to progress through the process of creating products to assist humanity.

Design Concept

As a small ingredient in NEXT products, a circuit board routes electronic signals and power between different parts of a device. Much like the way employees at NEXT must work together and pass along knowledge to work to develop a company goal. Boston is the perfect city for this new project because Bostonians share a common sense of pride and patriotism and are deeply connected just as the wires in the circuit board are.

Our Design Concept

Our team was tasked with taking a look at MPHC and elevating their mission statement to encompass what we additionally saw to be valuable in a healthcare space. Our mission statement surrounded the importance of wholeness, meaning that all aspects must be considered in order for the patient to feel whole after their treatment.
