The Blossom Tree

I started my internship at New Era Enterprises in December 2018, as their Digital Marketing and Social Media Intern. I have been working with the team on their digital marketing and social media outreach, including their online and offline promotions, which includes The Blossom Tree Service. The Blossom Tree Project is a service offered to schools and parents, where they can buy into any service they require. Any services bought will provide them with the appropriate training courses for the specified time. The poster to the right was New Eraâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s first draft of offline promtions. My first task was to redesign this poster, using Publisher.

Logo Re-Design

The Blossom Tree Project was initally funded by The National Lottery, however, since this funding has ended, The Blossom Tree is now owned by New Era Enterprises. With this in mind, we decided to change the name of this service from The Blossom Tree Project to The Bossom Tree. Using Photoshop, I took the â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;Projectâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; out of the initial logo and recentered the new Blossom Tree logo. The next page shows the inital The Blossom Tree Project logo and the new The Blossom Tree logo.

The Worry Tree

After finishing The Blossom Tree brochure, I was introduced to another service provided by New Era, The Worry Tree. This service is created specifically for children, which helps them deal with their worries. The Worry Tree offers two different services, one for primary school children and one for high school children, therefore, the two brochures and posters were created for each service. Again, the brochure will be used for offline marketing and the poster will be used for online marketing, shared upon all of New Eraâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s socials.

The Worry Tree designs differ from The Blossom Tree designs, as there is a greater focus on the issue of worry. I created several illustrations via Adobe Illustrator to add to The Blossom Tree logo and tree design. The primary school and high school services differ as the issues addressed are different, as shown in the brochure and the poster. I demonstrated this with the illustrations created on Adobe Illustrator. Using this design, I created a Blossom Tree poster and two Worry Tree posters, which will be used for the online marketing of The Blossom Tree and The Worry Tree services, which will be added to all of New Era’s socials.

After completing the brochures and posters for New Era’s Blossom Tree and Worry Tree services, I created a welcome poster, which is to be featured on all of New Era’s presentations, when presenting The Blossom Tree service to local schools. Once I completed all the designs for The Blossom Tree and The Worry Tree services, I created an image which will feature upon the homepage of New Era’s website. The services are seperate from The Blossom Tree or The Worry Tree.

The project worked with a 124 schools, however, the children of those families a�ended

The next set of posters display the outcomes from The Blossom Tree Project, when funded by the National Lottery; this was used to showcase the positive effect New Era and The Blossom Tree scheme has on families/schools and encourage others to purchase packages from The Blossom Tree. This poster was re-designed a number of times, until the final poster was complete. The final poster was split into two, seperating parents’ outcomes/quotes and schools’ outcomes/quotes.
