My name is Charlotte Murphy. I have completed a Master of Landscape Architecture at Lincoln University. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honours). 2. I have been resident in Christchurch for most of my life and, previous to this assessment, I was familiar with the general area in which the project is sited, but not the specific site. 3.
